Patriots QBs Jimmy Garoppolo (right shoulder, questionable) and Jacoby Brissett (right thumb, questionable) took limited practice reps all week and are questionable for Week 4. According to Mike Giardi, Garoppolo is “making good strides” and the “arrow is pointing in the right direction.” Giardi added that Garoppolo’s “range of motion has improved significantly” and he has “no issues at all on follow through.” It looks like Garoppolo will be under center on Sunday but no guarantees at this point.

Bears QB Jay Cutler (right thumb, doubtful) missed practice again Friday and is doubtful for Week 4. We’re expecting Brian Hoyer to start in Week 4. He’s a Sneaky Start in a good matchup against a banged up Lions defense.

Bills QB Cardale Jones (right shoulder, questionable) took limited practice reps all week and is questionable for Week 4.

Browns QB Cody Kessler (thigh) took full practice reps all week.

Colts QB Andrew Luck (right shoulder) took limited practice reps Friday. Luck is a high-end QB1 against the Jaguars.

Browns QB Josh McCown (left shoulder, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 4.

Jets QB Bryce Petty (right shoulder, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 4.

Cowboys QB Tony Romo (back, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 4. Dak Prescott will start again and is streamable even without Dez Bryant in the lineup.

Falcons QB Matt Ryan (left thumb) took full practice reps all week. Ryan will be fine to face the Panthers.

Seahawks QB Russell Wilson (knee, ankle) took full practice reps all week. Pete Carroll said that he “would be surprised” if Wilson didn’t play this week, and Wilson said he has “no doubt” that he’ll play. He’s receiving round-the-clock treatment this week but still has to travel to New York for the game. Seattle will probably have to throw in this one since the Jets have a very good rush defense. The Seahawks play early on Sunday.

Bears RB KaDeem Carey (hamstring, doubtful) missed practice all week and is doubtful for Week 4.

Chiefs RB Jamaal Charles (knee, questionable) took limited practice reps all week and is questionable for Week 4. According to Adam Schefter, Charles will play on Sunday night. Charcandrick West (ankle, out) is out, so the team may elect to let Charles knock the rust off as Spencer Ware’s backup. We don’t see this as a big downgrade for Ware.

Falcons RB Tevin Coleman (ankle) took full practice reps on Friday after being limited earlier in the week. Coleman played through the injury so we expect he’ll be out there against the Panthers.

Browns RB Isaiah Crowell (knee) took full practice reps again Friday. Crowell is averaging 16 touches and 102 total yards per game, so his matchup with Washington (#31 in RB aFPA) is pretty attractive.

Ravens RB Kenneth Dixon (knee, doubtful) took full practice reps on Friday after being limited earlier in the week and is doubtful for Week 4. Dixon is apparently targeting a Week 5 return. The Baltimore running game has been poor, and the feeling is that Dixon will be given every chance to win the RB1 job upon his return.

Jets RB Matt Forte (knee) took full practice reps again Friday. Forte was removed from the injury report. He’ll be fine for a tough matchup against Seattle.

Falcons RB Devonta Freeman (illness) returned to take full practice reps Friday after missing practice Thursday. He was removed from the injury report so he’s expected to play.

Colts RB Frank Gore (not injury related) took full practice reps again Friday. Gore is good to go.

Texans RB Jonathan Grimes (ankle, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 4.

Jaguars RB Chris Ivory (ankle, knee) took full practice reps again Friday. These are new injuries for the oft-injured Ivory, though it looks like he’ll be able to play through his various ailments.

Giants RB Rashad Jennings (thumb) took limited practice reps again Friday. ESPN’s Jordan Raanan reported on Thursday that Jennings is unlikely to play. Orleans Darkwa figures to serve as the lead back with Jennings out. Bobby Rainey and Paul Perkins will also be involved.

Browns RB Malcolm Johnson (neck) took full practice reps Friday.

Raiders RB Taiwan Jones (knee, questionable) took limited practice reps again Friday and is questionable for Week 4.

Bears RB Jeremy Langford (ankle, doubtful) missed practice all week and is doubtful for Week 4. Jordan Howard is shaping up as a very Sneaky Start against a banged up Lions defense.

Vikings RB Zach Line (knee) returned to take limited reps Friday after missing practice Thursday.

Buccaneers RB Doug Martin (hamstring, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 4. Martin will miss another week or two. Charles Sims is a Sneaky Start against the Broncos, who are allowing 4.7 YPC on the season.

Vikings RB Jerick McKinnon (toe) took full practice reps again Friday. McKinnon will be fine to lead the Minnesota backfield on Monday night.

Steelers RB Roosevelt Nix (back, out) took limited practice reps all week and is out for Week 4.

Seahawks RB C.J. Prosise (wrist, questionable) took full practice reps all week and is questionable for Week 4.

Seahawks RB Thomas Rawls (fibula, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 4. Christine Michael will get another start, but the matchup against the Jets is tough.

Panthers RB Jonathan Stewart (hamstring, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 4. Stewart is expected to miss Week 4 and possibly another three games, per Ron Rivera. Cameron Artis-Payne should continue to lead the backfield. He saw 48% of the running back touches last week, gaining a respectable 58 total yards against a very good Minnesota defense. This week, he faces the Falcons, who are #27 in RB aFPA.

Ravens WR Kamar Aiken (thigh, questionable) took full practice reps again Friday and is questionable for Week 4.

Rams WR Tavon Austin (shoulder, questionable) took full practice reps on Friday after being limited earlier in the week and is questionable for Week 4. The full practice means that Austin should be able to play against the Cardinals.

Rams WR Kenny Britt (thigh, questionable) was limited Friday after taking full reps earlier in the week and is questionable for Week 4. Britt should be able to play, but this is one of those cases where the new injury reporting rules make it more difficult to know if a player is going to play. Would Britt be probable under the old rules? We don’t know. The game is late and, since joining the Rams, Britt has averaged just 34 yards (and hasn’t found the end zone) in four games against Arizona.

Cowboys WR Dez Bryant (knee, questionable) missed practice all week and is questionable for Week 4. There was an early report that seemed to come from Bryant where it sounded like he wasn’t going to play, and now he’s listed as questionable. This sure seems like the Cowboys playing games with the injury report. We don’t expect him to play. Terrance Williams, Cole Beasley, Jason Witten and Brice Butler get a bump. Beasley and Witten's role will be largely unchanged, though they may see more targets, while most of Bryant's downfield targets would go to Williams and Butler. In the seven games since 2013 that Dez has missed, Williams has averaged 3.6 catches for 67 yards and 0.29 touchdowns, but he has burned many a fantasy bridge over the years. Butler showed a nice rapport with Dak Prescott in the preseason, but is only a desperation dart throw.

Browns WR Corey Coleman (hand, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 4.

Rams WR Pharoh Cooper (shoulder) took full practice reps all week.

Jets WR Eric Decker (shoulder, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 4. Decker is out with a partially torn rotator cuff. It's not clear how long Decker will be out, but the team has called him "week to week," and the Jets don't have their bye until Week 11, so he may miss a few games. Our injury expert, Russell Manalastas (@russmanalastas) said: "Will likely be week to week, could probably get an injection to help inflammation. Likely will come down to pain, most who have partial cuff tears can function as soon as pain is resolved." Quincy Enunwa has seen 25 targets through three games and was targeted 11 times in Week 3 against the Chiefs. This is a tough matchup against the Seahawks, but as the Jets' secondary receiving option, he should be able to post a solid yardage total, especially if he's playing in the slot matched up with Seattle CB Jeremy Lane. Brandon Marshall also gets a bump due to a likely increase in usage. The Jets may deploy rookie Robby Anderson to the right side of the formation to let Marshall work on the left side, away from Richard Sherman. Don’t be surprised if we see the recently-signed Austin Seferian-Jenkins too.

Vikings WR Stefon Diggs (groin) took limited practice reps Friday. Diggs should be fine to play on Monday night. He’ll be shadowed by Janoris Jenkins, but should see plenty of targets.

Redskins WR Josh Doctson (achilles, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 4. Doctson’s Achilles injury seems to be getting worse, not better. He’s droppable in most formats.

Colts WR Phillip Dorsett (ankle, questionable) was limited Friday after taking full reps earlier in the week and is questionable for Week 4. Midweek downgrades are worrisome. Be sure to check his status early on Sunday since the Colts play in London this week.

Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (knee) took full practice reps all week. No worries here.

Cardinals WR Michael Floyd (concussion) took full practice reps again Friday. Floyd should be fine to play against the Rams.

Broncos WR Bennie Fowler (elbow) took full practice reps all week.

Falcons WR Taylor Gabriel (hamstring) took full practice reps again Friday.

Falcons WR Justin Hardy (shoulder) took full practice reps on Friday after being limited earlier in the week .

Bears WR Alshon Jeffery (hamstring, questionable) took limited practice reps all week and is questionable for Week 4. The new hamstring injury is worrisome, especially considering Jeffery’s injury history. He’s likely to play, but won’t be at 100 percent.

Falcons WR Julio Jones (calf) took full practice reps on Friday after being limited earlier in the week. He’s going to play after being removed from the injury report. He’s heading into a rough stretch of his schedule (CAR, DEN and SEA), but things get much easier in Week 7.

Lions WR Marvin Jones (hamstring, questionable) took full practice reps on Friday after being limited earlier in the week and is questionable for Week 4. This is a new injury this week for Jones, who has started the season on fire. He reportedly “looked fine” on Friday, so should be good to go to face the Bears.

Seahawks WR Tyler Lockett (knee) took full practice reps on Friday after being limited earlier in the week. Lockett has not been involved in the passing game, though speed receivers have had some success against the Jets this year. Don’t be surprised if he catches a long touchdown.

Jets WR Brandon Marshall (knee, foot) took full practice reps all week. Marshall gets a bump with Eric Decker out. It’s a tough matchup, but the Jets can avoid Richard Sherman if they want.

Jets WR Jalin Marshall (shoulder, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 4.

Texans WR Braxton Miller (hamstring, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 4.

Colts WR Donte Moncrief (shoulder, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 4.

Steelers WR Eli Rogers (toe, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 4. There’s a good chance that Wheaton will play in the slot with Antonio Brown and Sammie Coates outside. Wheaton was very effective in the slot last year. Both he and Coates are Sneaky Starts against the Chiefs.

Bills WR Greg Salas (groin, out) missed practice again Friday and is out for Week 4.

Falcons WR Mohamed Sanu (shoulder) took full practice reps on Friday after being limited earlier in the week. Sanu will play through he injury this week. He had a disappointing line against the Saints but remains the Falcons’ WR2.

Titans WR Tajae Sharpe (hamstring) took full practice reps on Friday after being limited earlier in the week. He was removed from the injury report, so he’ll look to get back on track this week against the Texans.

Buccaneers WR Cecil Shorts (hamstring, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 4.

Ravens WR Steve L Smith (not injury related) was removed from the injury report Friday.

49ers WR Torrey Smith (foot) took full practice reps all week. He was removed from the injury report so he’s good to go.

Saints WR Willie Snead (toe, questionable) took limited practice reps all week and is questionable for Week 4. Snead should be able to return but it’s no sure thing. Receivers with toe injuries tend to underproduce, and the Saints play late on Sunday. Plan accordingly.

Rams WR Nelson Spruce (knee) took full practice reps all week.

Bills WR Sammy Watkins (foot, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 4. He’s been placed on IR and can potentially return in Week 12. He's droppable in most formats without an injured reserve slot. He's worth a stash in leagues with big benches, but the chances of Watkins coming back in Week 12 or Week 13 and being a big fantasy asset seem pretty slim. It's not out of the realm of possibility, however. In the meantime, Robert Woods seems to be the best bet for weekly PPR production in the Buffalo receiving corps. He caught six passes for 51 yards on eight targets last week, but historically hasn't shown much of a rapport with Tyrod Taylor. The loss of Watkins is a big blow to Taylor's 2016 fantasy stock, though he'll occasionally put up a big game given his explosive running ability and propensity to throw the deep ball. We wouldn't get too excited about Justin Hunter, though the change of scenery might be good for him. Once Salas gets healthy, he could be a PPR option, a la Cole Beasley.

Titans WR Kendall Wright (hamstring) took full practice reps all week. Wright is set to make his return this week.

Texans TE Stephen Anderson (hamstring, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 4. With Anderson out, Ryan Griffin is a deep sleeper this week.

49ers TE Garrett Celek (back, questionable) took limited practice reps all week and is questionable for Week 4. Vance McDonald (hip, questionable) took limited practice reps again Friday and is questionable. If McDonald sits and Celek plays, he’ll be a deep sleeper.

Bills TE Charles Clay (knee, questionable) took limited practice reps again Friday and is questionable for Week 4. Clay may play, but he hasn’t been a solid fantasy option for some time.

Browns TE Seth DeValve (knee, out) missed practice Friday after taking limited reps Thursday and is out for Week 4.

Lions TE Eric Ebron (ankle, questionable) took full practice reps on Friday after being limited earlier in the week and is questionable for Week 4. Ebron should continue to play through the ankle injury. He’s currently #6 at his position in fantasy scoring.

Cardinals TE Darren Fells (back) took full practice reps all week.

Chargers TE Antonio Gates (hamstring, doubtful) missed practice all week and is doubtful for Week 4. Hunter Henry was pretty good last week, collecting five catches for 76 yards. The Saints have been tough against tight ends this year (#4 in TE aFPA), but that’s probably just statistical noise considering how bad the New Orleans defense has been this season.

Seahawks TE Jimmy Graham (knee, back, questionable) returned to take full practice reps Friday after missing practice Thursday and is questionable for Week 4. The full practice indicates that Graham will be able to play against the Jets.

Broncos TE Virgil Green (calf, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 4.

Patriots TE Rob Gronkowski (hamstring, questionable) took limited practice reps all week and is questionable for Week 4. Gronkowski was limited last week, but should have a bigger role this week. We won’t feel completely comfortable starting him until Tom Brady returns in Week 5.

Jaguars TE Ben Koyack (knee, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 4.

Our own injury expert, Russell Manalastas (@russmanalastas) said, "Pretty doubtful (he plays), even if fracture isn't in weight bearing area it's unlikely they'll risk making it worse. Location of fracture is important." Ed Werder said that "typical players recover in 1-3 weeks." If the Cowboys are truly "hopeful" that he plays, then the location of the injury is probably not in a bad spot. Of course, it could be gamesmanship if they know he's out and want to force San Francisco to prepare for him. If he sits, Terrance Williams, Cole Beasley, Jason Witten and Brice Butler would get a bump. Beasley and Witten's role will be largely unchanged, though they may see more targets, while most of Bryant's downfield targets would go to Williams and Butler. Falcons WR Julio Jones (calf) took limited practice reps again Thursday. Jones should be able to play in Week 4. He’s heading into a rough stretch of his schedule (CAR, DEN and SEA), but things get much easier in Week 7.

Lions WR Marvin Jones (hamstring) was added to the injury report Thursday after taking limited practice reps. This is a new injury for Jones, who has started the season on fire. We’ll see how much he’s able to participate on Friday.

Seahawks WR Tyler Lockett (knee) took limited practice reps Wednesday. Lockett should continue to play through the injury.

Jets WR Brandon Marshall (knee, foot) took full practice reps again Thursday. Marshall played through the injury last week and should be able to do so again. He will be targeted heavily if Eric Decker can’t play.

Hunter Henry was pretty good last week, collecting five catches for 76 yards. The Saints have been tough against tight ends this year (#4 in TE aFPA), but that’s probably just statistical noise considering how bad the New Orleans defense has been this season.

Seahawks TE Jimmy Graham (knee) took limited practice reps Wednesday. The Seahawks are just managing his reps. Graham was a full-time player in Week 3 and is rounding back into shape. He’s in the low-end TE1 conversation.

Browns RB Isaiah Crowell (knee) took limited practice reps Wednesday. Crowell is averaging 16 touches and 102 total yards per game, so his matchup with Washington (#31 in RB aFPA) is pretty attractive.

Jets RB Matt Forte (knee) took limited practice reps Wednesday. Forte played through the knee injury last week and is likely just getting a day off. Let this serve as a reminder that he’s no spring chicken and that Bilal Powell is a very capable backup.

Dolphins RB Arian Foster (hamstring, out) did not practice Wednesday. The Dolphins will likely continue with their three-headed RBBC.

Colts RB Frank Gore (not injury related) did not practice Wednesday. It’s a day of rest for the veteran.

Jaguars RB Chris Ivory (ankle, knee) took limited practice reps Wednesday. These are new injuries for the oft-injured Ivory, though it looks like he’ll be able to play through his various ailments.

Buccaneers RB Doug Martin (hamstring) did not practice Wednesday. Martin will miss another week or two. Charles Sims is a Sneaky Start against the Broncos, who are allowing 4.7 YPC on the season.

Steelers RB Roosevelt Nix (back) took limited practice reps Wednesday.

Panthers RB Jonathan Stewart (hamstring) did not practice Wednesday. Stewart is expected to miss Week 4. Cameron Artis-Payne should continue to lead the backfield. He saw 48% of the running back touches, gaining a respectable 58 total yards against a very good Minnesota defense. This week, he faces the Falcons, who are #27 in RB aFPA. This is speculation, but Cam Newton is dealing with a foot injury, so the Panthers may be more inclined to hand the ball to CAP around the goal line.

Chiefs RB Charcandrick West (ankle) did not practice Wednesday. West only played 15 snaps last week, and the ankle injury may have something to do with it. If he’s limited again, look for Spencer Ware to have a big workload against the Steelers, who are #28 in RB aFPA.

Cowboys WR Dez Bryant (knee) did not practice Wednesday. Bryant played through the injury in Week 3, but that doesn't mean he'll be able to go on Sunday. Dr. David Chao (@ProFootballDoc) said if the "hairline fracture in weight bearing portion of knee, will be a multi-week absence. Can't risk displacement of bone." Our own injury expert, Russell Manalastas (@russmanalastas) said, "Pretty doubtful (he plays), even if fracture isn't in weight bearing area it's unlikely they'll risk making it worse. Location of fracture is important." Ed Werder said that "typical players recover in 1-3 weeks." If the Cowboys are truly "hopeful" that he plays, then the location of the injury is probably not in a bad spot. Of course, it could be gamesmanship if they know he's out and want to force San Francisco to prepare for him. If he sits, Terrance Williams, Cole Beasley, Jason Witten and Brice Butler would get a bump. Beasley and Witten's role will be largely unchanged, though they may see more targets, while most of Bryant's downfield targets would go to Williams and Butler. In the seven games since 2013 that Dez has missed, Williams has averaged 3.6 catches for 67 yards and 0.29 touchdowns, but he has burned many a fantasy bridge over the years.

Browns WR Corey Coleman (hand) did not practice Wednesday. He’ll be out for several weeks. Terrelle Pryor picked up the slack last week.

Jets WR Eric Decker (shoulder) did not practice Wednesday. Decker apparently aggravated his shoulder injury and will have an MRI to determine the severity. Quincy Enunwa is likely to see a bump in targets if Decker can’t play.

Redskins WR Josh Doctson (achilles) did not practice Wednesday. Doctson’s Achilles injury seems to be getting worse, not better. He’s droppable in most formats.

Last Sunday, Bills RB Reggie Bush was active and healthy but never entered the Bills' 33-18 win over the Arizona Cardinals. Instead, the Bills turned to Mike Gillislee and rookie fifth-round pick Jonathan Williams to take a total of six carries behind LeSean McCoy.

Bush's disappearance from the offense is a development that would seemingly put the veteran's job in jeopardy when the Bills must clear two 53-man roster spots when defensive tackle Marcell Dareus and offensive tackle Seantrel Henderson return from four-game substance-abuse suspensions next week.

Raiders fullback Marcel Reece, whose suspension for using performance enhancing drugs just ended, paid an even stiffer penalty Monday: The club released him.

Reece, 30, was in his ninth season with the team. He is a former team captain and a four-time Pro Bowl selection.

With Peterson out for the year, Jerick McKinnon is expected to start and see the most touches, though Matt Asiata will be heavily involved, especially around the goal line. McKinnon (toe) took full practice reps all week.

Seahawks RB C.J. Prosise (wrist, questionable) took full practice reps again Thursday and is questionable for Week 3.

Seahawks RB Thomas Rawls (shin, doubtful) missed practice again Thursday and is doubtful for Week 3. Rawls was “on track to play” per HC Pete Carroll, but now he’ll be a game-time decision. His role is up in the air after he was outplayed by Christine Michael in Week 2. Michael looks like a nice start against the 49ers.

Panthers RB Jonathan Stewart (hamstring, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 3. Stewart is going to miss this week, maybe longer. When he was sidelined for a three-game stretch late in the season, Cameron Artis-Payne turned 38 total touches into 210 yards and a touchdown. He averaged 4.60 YPC during that span and even though he’s been inactive the first two weeks (thanks to not having a role on special teams), he’ll most likely step into a lead back role with Stewart out for Week 3. Ron Rivera basically confirmed this earlier in the week by calling Fozzy Whittaker a change of pace back. Whittaker had a nice Week 2 and will be involved in the game plan.

Falcons WR Justin Hardy (shoulder) took limited practice reps again Friday.

Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (knee, questionable) missed practice Friday after taking limited reps Thursday and is questionable for Week 3. Hilton had a knee issue last week and played through it. HC Chuck Pagano said that “he’s going to be fine.” He’ll face shutdown corner Jason Verrett on Sunday, though Verrett doesn’t usually travel to cover the slot, where Hilton runs most of his routes. If the Colts play a lot of two-TE, then that will push Hilton to the outside, where he’ll have to deal with Verrett.

Redskins WR DeSean Jackson (knee, ankle) took full practice reps on Friday after being limited earlier in the week. Jackson isn’t on the final injury report, which means he’s going to play on Sunday. These injuries explain why the normally productive Jackson had a quiet (3-40) game against Dallas.

Packers WR Jeff Janis (hand) took full practice reps all week.

Bears WR Alshon Jeffery (knee, questionable) returned to take limited reps Friday after missing practice Thursday and is questionable for Week 3. The midweek downgrade is worrisome, and HC John Fox is well-known for divulging as little as possible to the press in an effort to trick his opponent that week. The return to a limited practice doesn’t tell us much and, complicating matters, the Bears play on Sunday night. Owners who want to wait on Jeffery should get a Plan B in place. Mohamed Sanu, Michael Thomas, Eddie Royal, Cole Beasley and Terrance Williams all play at the same time or later than the Bears.

Falcons WR Julio Jones (calf) missed practice again Friday. Jones is expected to play through the injury, though we’ll be watching Saturday’s practice report closely. He has a great matchup with the Saints on Monday night.

Seahawks WR Tyler Lockett (knee, questionable) took full practice reps Thursday after being limited Wednesday and is questionable for Week 3. Lockett is expected to play in Week 3, per HC Pete Carroll.

Jets WR Brandon Marshall (foot, knee, questionable) returned to take limited reps Friday after missing practice earlier in the week and is questionable for Week 3. Marshall is more iffy than Eric Decker for Week 3, though the limited practice is encouraging. Quincy Enunwa is a Sneaky Start this week even if Marshall plays. If Marshall is out, we’ll be bumping both Decker and Enunwa up in the rankings. Unfortunately, the Jets play in the late round of games on Sunday. Enunwa (ribs) took full practice reps all week.

Colts WR Donte Moncrief (shoulder, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 3. Moncrief is out 4-6 weeks with a broken shoulder blade, so Phillip Dorsett slides into the WR2 role for the Colts. He posted 4-94 in Week 1 against Detroit, and may even see a few extra targets come his way while T.Y. Hilton deals with shutdown corner Jason Verrett.

Cardinals WR J.J. Nelson (shoulder) took full practice reps all week.

Dolphins WR DeVante Parker (hamstring, questionable) took limited practice reps all week and is questionable for Week 3. Parker is expected to play through the injury after cracking the 100-yard mark last week.

Jaguars WR Allen Robinson (illness) took full practice reps again Friday. Robinson will be fine to face the Ravens. After a couple of tough matchups, his value is at a 10-month low.

Bills WR Greg Salas (groin, questionable) took limited practice reps again Friday and is questionable for Week 3.

Falcons WR Mohamed Sanu (ankle) returned to take limited reps Friday after missing practice Thursday. The return to practice is a good sign for Sanu. He should be fine for Monday night and is a Sneaky Start against a shaky Saints defense.

Buccaneers WR Cecil Shorts (hamstring, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 3.

Saints WR Willie Snead (toe) missed practice again Friday. Snead has a toe injury, so we’ll see how he does on Saturday. The Saints don’t play until Monday night. If he’s out, Michael Thomas is the best bet to pick up the slack.

Rams WR Nelson Spruce (knee, doubtful) took limited practice reps all week and is doubtful for Week 3.

Broncos WR Demaryius Thomas (hip) took full practice reps all week. Thomas was productive against the Colts, so he should be fine to face the Bengals. It’ll be a tougher matchup, however.

Bills WR Sammy Watkins (foot, questionable) missed practice all week and is questionable for Week 3. HC Rex Ryan said that the chances are “not real good” that Watkins will be able to play in Week 3. Even if he does play, it’s difficult to trust a player who was last seen hobbling around the field against the Jets. Apparently, Watkins’ foot was stepped on during the team’s walkthrough. (Really.) The Bills will likely turn to Marquise Goodwin and Robert Woods to replace Watkins, though Greg Salas will also be heavily involved.

Steelers WR Markus Wheaton (shoulder) took full practice reps all week. Wheaton was removed from the injury report, so he’s going to make his 2016 debut this week. His role remains to be seen, but he was playing ahead of Sammie Coates prior to the injury.

Chargers WR Tyrell Williams (shoulder) took full practice reps all week. After posting 132 yards in the first two games, Williams will be a Sneaky Start against the Colts.

Bengals WR James Wright (knee) returned to take full practice reps Friday after missing practice Thursday.

Titans WR Kendall Wright (hamstring, questionable) took limited practice reps all week and is questionable for Week 3.

Bills TE Charles Clay (knee, questionable) took limited practice reps again Friday and is questionable for Week 3. If Clay can play, he could see a few extra targets since Sammy Watkins is likely to sit out.

Lions TE Eric Ebron (back, questionable) took full practice reps on Friday after being limited earlier in the week and is questionable for Week 3. Ebron should be fine to face the Packers.

Bengals TE Tyler Eifert (ankle, doubtful) took limited practice reps all week and is doubtful for Week 3. Eifert won’t return this week, but he’s getting close.

Eagles TE Zach Ertz (rib, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 3. Trey Burton is clearly a streaming option after his nice production on Monday night.

Chargers TE Antonio Gates (hamstring, doubtful) missed practice all week and is doubtful for Week 3. Hunter Henry will get the start and can “do it all” per HC Mike McCoy. Rookie TEs generally do not become solid fantasy starters, but Henry is in a great spot. As a senior at Arkansas, he won the John Mackey award as the nation’s top tight end.
