Patriots don't plan to add another QB by Thursday

Either the New England Patriots know something we don't, or they're willing to live quite dangerously this Thursday in their game against the Houston Texans.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the team currently has no plans to add another quarterback to the roster for its game in three days. The only healthy, non-suspended quarterback on the roster is rookie third-round pick Jacoby Brissett.

Fantasy Impact: 

The broadcast team doing the Patriots game in Week 2 indicated WR Julian Edelman is the team's emergency QB, but the story said there was no indication from Edelman or HC Bill Belichick commented. Edelman played QB at Kent State.
