Panthers RB Rico Dowdle will start and get the bulk of the carries Sunday at Green Bay, per league sources. But I'd expect Chuba Hubbard to be part of the offense, as well.
Dave Canales strongly suggested this would be the case at the start of the week.

Fantasy Impact:

Our rankings reflect this, with Dowdle a low-end RB2 and Hubbard more of an RB3/4 in a tough matchup against the Packers.

Week 16 vs. Arizona Cardinals
The Jonathon Brooks experience was sadly cut short after only one carry in Week 14, thrusting Chuba Hubbard back into a bellcow role, and he delivered with 18.7 points, before delivering a bit of a stinker in Week 15 (6.9 half-PPR points). We can safely assume a bounce-back here, as his extreme workload rate makes him a top-15 option, even on a puttering offense.
