The quarterback play has been terrible, and the Raiders are expected to make the change to Desmond Ridder after Gardner Minshew II was benched for a third time this season.

Fantasy Impact:

O'Connell is expected to miss 4-6 weeks and is on IR. He could return in December based on that timeline, but for Week 11, it looks like the Raiders are going with Ridder against the Dolphins. Ridder was just recently signed off the wire and made his debut in relief of Minshew when we last saw the Raiders in Week 9. Ridder likely won't make an impact as the starter, but the hope is the offense continues to target Bowers at TE and Meyers at WR so their fantasy stock remains steady.

Week 13 at Kansas City Chiefs

Brock Bowers has seen 26 targets over the past two weeks. He's turned that volume into 17 catches for 164 yards. The problem is that 13 of those catches and 126 of those yards came two weeks ago.

He was woefully inefficient with his 10 targets last week. Bowers comes in as TE6 this week and can hopefully turn that around for his fantasy managers.
