The writing has been on the wall after Collins missed another week of practice. He was having a decent 2022 considering his surroundings and hopefully, he can build on that in Year 3 with a new quarterback. As it stands now, Chris Moore is an intriguing fantasy option, albeit in the Flex position. It's still up in the air if Brandin Cooks will make an impact if he were to actually take the field.
HOU WR Chris Moore - Week 16 Fantasy Football Outlook
Week 16 at Tennessee Titans
Chris Moore ran as one of the top options again for Houston last week and saw eight targets. But he ended up with just 42 yards against the Chiefs after going for 124 against the Cowboys. Houston going with a two-QB system isn't helping the cause. Still, Moore looks to be at least the No. 2 option with Brandin Cooks returning but Nico Collins likely remaining out. Moore should still get targets -- 19 over the last two weeks -- and that at least makes him flex-worthy but limited upside with the quarterback situation.
