Raiders RB Josh Jacobs (toe, ankle, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 2. With Jacobs out, Kenyan Drake seemingly gets a bump, but Jon Gruden said, "It's an opportunity for Peyton Barber. We really like Barber. We think he's a heck of a back coming from Tampa. ... I like the way he runs and catches and picks up blitzes. Kenyan will continue to play a role in our system no matter who the other back is." Desperate owners in deep leagues may want to take a flier on Barber.
WAS RB Peyton Barber - Week 15 Fantasy Football Outlook
Week 15 vs. Seattle Seahawks
Peyton Barber led Washington in touches (14) last week, finishing with 12 carries and two receptions. However, Barber wasn't very productive, averaging 2.7 yards per touch. The story with Barber is a familiar one we've seen from him. He's a high-volume, low-yardage back who you're hoping falls into the endzone at some point. He'll face a Seahawks defense this week that's allowed 11 rushing touchdowns to backs this season, which is ninth-most in the league. Barber will be a touchdown-dependent flex play in Week 15.
