Carr finished the season as the No. 15 fantasy quarterback despite losing his WR1 (Antonio Brown) early and then his WR2 (Tyrell Williams) for a few weeks midseason. Williams was never quite right, so Carr was playing with a short deck for most of the year. The Raiders drafted Henry Ruggs and Bryan Edwards, and hybrid back/receiver Lynn Bowden, so Carr’s weapons will be much improved in 2020. Carr has pretty severe home/away splits over the past two seasons, averaging 16.5 fantasy points at home and just 12.2 points on the road, so he should be a worthwhile streamer in home games in 2020.
