Johnson and Gaskin should lead the way at least based off Week 15's win over the Jets. Duke got 22 carries for 107 yards and two TDs while Gaskin ran 10 times for 54 yards. They were the only two RBs to get work with other backs on the COVID list, but should have earned a majority of the work again in Week 16. It's a road game at New Orleans on Monday night.
MIA RB Duke Johnson - Week 17 Fantasy Football Outlook
Week 17 at Tennessee Titans
Duke Johnson's production came back down to reality thanks to Phillip Lindsay's return. Johnson finished with 13 carries for 39 yards with no touchdowns and no targets while Lindsay also saw 13 carries (for 36 yards). Myles Gaskin was still involved as well, seeing three carries and five targets. This Dolphins backfield has turned into a mess, and could be even messier if the Dolphins activate Malcolm Brown off IR following a few weeks of practice. Not only would Johnson be a bad option this week simply because of the Dolphins' backfield situation, but it's also a tough matchup against the Titans who are giving up the 2nd-fewest average fantasy points to running backs. Johnson is nothing more than a desperation flex play.
