Bridgewater's performance filling in for an injured Drew Brees was enough to earn him roughly $20 million per year in Carolina. He completed 67.9% of his passes for 1384 yards, nine touchdowns and two interceptions with a 7.1 YPA. Fantasy-wise, he'll have three good receivers to throw to in D.J. Moore, Curtis Samuel and Robby Anderson, while Christian McCaffrey is one of the best receiving backs in the league, so it's a good situation. Even his tight end, Ian Thomas, is an up-and-coming player. Bridgewater will likely be ranked as a low-end QB2/high-end QB3 this summer.
