Rams HC McVay Sean McVay told reporters that WR Puka Nacua should be good to play Sunday vs. the 49ers despite his rib injury.

Fantasy Impact:

This is a fantastic spot for both Nacua and Adams against a depleted 49ers defense. Both can legitimately be considered fantasy WR1s.
