The Rams have agreed to terms with QB Jimmy Garoppolo on a one-year deal.

Following a year with the Raiders, Garoppolo is set to join Matthew Stafford and Sean McVay in L.A.

Fantasy Impact:

This may have been the best place Jimmy G could have landed. It still doesn't mean he'll be taking any snaps following his two-game suspension but he would be an interesting streaming option if anything happens to Stafford.

This week, Garoppolo has a tough matchup against his former team. The Patriots defense ranks 4th in aFPA to opposing quarterbacks. With two struggling offenses, this could be a low-scoring, disappointing affair for both passing games. If you can look elsewhere this week, keep Jimmy on the bench or on waivers.
