Free agent WR Antonio Brown has been suspended eight games for violating the league's personal conduct policy.

There is now a number on how many games Brown will miss if he signs with a team. The former top receiver in fantasy football still has the ability to impact the game but has faced personal and professional hurdles that show the downside to rostering him. His path to the field will be one to watch.

Bengals QB Joe Burrow has signed his rookie contract.

Burrow is officially official. He is the unquestioned starter in Cincy and has a group of offensive weapons that make him an intriguing QB2 in fantasy.

Evan Engram will not be placed on the Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) List heading into training camp, according to Paul Schwartz of the New York Post.

After playing only eight games in 2019, Engram appears to be completely healed from knee and foot ailments including a Lisfranc tear. The oft-injured tight end is just 26 and remains an interesting, high-upside option in fantasy.

Green Bay Packers kicker Mason Crosby has been added to the reserve/COVID list.

It has been made clear that a player landing on the reserve/COVID list does not necessarily mean that they have contracted the virus, rather that they have at the minimum been in close contact with someone who has. Whatever the case, our 13th ranked kicker will hopefully be ready for the regular season. A veteran kicker like Crosby should not be overly affected by the missed time, as he will not be missing any meaningful snaps in actual live action. Crosby was already shaping up to be a value based on his current ADP, and may now slip even further with this news potentially affecting rival managers draft day decisions.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, free agent running back LeSean McCoy has reached an agreement on a one year deal with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

McCoy averaged 4.6 YPC for the Chiefs last season and showed that he still had something left in the tank, though the team made him inactive for several games down the stretch and in the postseason. The timing of this signing could be related to Ke'Shawn Vaughn's name popping up on the COVID-19/IR list. McCoy could just be a veteran camp body or Bruce Arians may have bigger plans since McCoy looked solid in 2019. The signing certainly takes some wind out of Ronald Jones' sails and Vaughn will now have to overcome McCoy and Jones to see the field in 2020. We currently have McCoy projected as the Buccaneers RB3.

According to Albert Breer of The Monday Morning Quarterback, San Francisco 49ers running back Jeffrey Wilson has landed on the reserve/COVID list.

This news does not mean that Jeff Wilson has contracted the virus, but does mean that it is believed he has at the very least come in close contact with some who has. Missed camp time will be a detriment to his hopes of carving out a role in the backfield, but expanded roster almost ensure that he will be kept around for his special teams ability. Jeffrey Wilson’s deep league stock took a mini hit when Raheem Mostert and the 49ers agreed to a revised deal, as Mostert holding out or being traded would have led to a clearer path to Wilson working his way to consistent fantasy relevance.

According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, Green Bay Packers sophomore tight end Jace Sternberger has landed on the reserve/COVID list.

Positive tests are sure to continue to pop up throughout the coming days, especially now with the veterans reporting and getting tested. It is not known if Jace Sternberger contracted the virus himself or if he was simply in contact with someone who has been revealed to have tested positive. Regardless, this means that he will miss some valuable time with the first team offense, something that could potentially affect his early season role. Our 24th ranked tight end, Jace Sternberger is projected to score 87 fantasy points.

According to Graham Gano’s wife on Instagram, the veteran kicker has been released by the Carolina Panthers. The report was later confirmed by Joseph Person of the Athletic, and Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.

The Panthers will save $2.75 million by cutting Graham Gano. The move comes as little surprise as Carolina already has a cheaper, more effective option in-house in sophomore Joey Slye ($675K). Slye did miss some big kicks, but was otherwise highly impressive as a rookie, making moving on from Gano a no-brainer. Gano will look to latch on with another team once he is fully recovered from the knee injury that landed him on injured reserve prior to Week 1 of the 2019 season. Slye is our 22nd ranked kicker for the 2020 season.

The Lions added TE T.J. Hockenson to the reserve/COVID list on Wednesday.

We will not know whether Hockenson actually tested positive for the virus unless he chooses to announce it. For now, he will work through the NFL's new testing and treatment protocol in an effort to rejoin the team. Hockenson was an intriguing pick as a late round tight end, but this news makes him a shaky option going into training camp.

The Lions added WR Kenny Golladay to the reserve/COVID list on Wednesday.

This does not necessarily mean Golladay tested positive for COVID-19, but the Lions must have reason to think he was at least exposed to the virus. It is impossible to know how long Golladay will be sidelined. The NFL implemented a testing and treatment protocol that he will have to clear before practicing. In the event Golladay ends up missing games, Marvin Jones would see a huge target share, especially with T.J. Hockenson also going on the reserve/COVID list today.

Chiefs RB Damien Williams announced he is opting out of the 2020 season on Wednesday.

This is the first opt out to have big fantasy implications as Williams was slated to have a significant role in the Kansas City backfield. This news should send rookie Clyde Edward-Helaire's fantasy stock soaring, and for good reason. The Chiefs boast a prolific offense and Edwards-Helaire's skillset is a perfect match for Andy Reid's scheme. Williams opting out clears the way for him to have a huge role working alongside Patrick Mahomes. It is possible that this move revives interest in former fantasy darling Darwin Thompson, but the smart money is on Edwards-Helaire having a huge fantasy impact in his first season.

The Eagles placed right tackle Lane Johnson on the reserve/COVID list on Wednesday.

Placement on the reserve/COVID list means the player has either been exposed to the COVID-19 virus or has tested positive for it. We will not know if Johnson actually tested positive unless he elects to announce it. Johnson will have to go through the NFL's new testing and treatment protocol before he is allowed to practice with the team. Johnson would be a major loss to the right side of the Eagles' offensive line as he graded out among the best tackles in the league last year.

Nate Solder announced he is opting out of the 2020 season on Wednesday.

Solder has a son battling cancer so his decision makes sense given the current state of the country. The loss of Solder is a blow to the Giants' offensive line, but they drafted OT Andrew Thomas in the first round back in April and he actually projects as an improvement on Solder in some areas if he is not held back by the lack of a regular offseason. Solder's opt out alone is not enough to downgrade the fantasy prospects of Daniel Jones, Saquon Barkley or the other members of the Giants' offense.

Dolphins Head Coach Brian Flores told reporters on Wednesday that rookie QB Tua Tagovailoa has been cleared to practice and will avoid the NFI list.

Flores also mentioned that he considers the starting quarterback position an open competition. This is promising news for Tagovailoa, who suffered a devastating hip injury during his final collegiate season. Ryan Fitzpatrick is fully expected to open the year as the starter in Miami, but the head coach's latest comments at least open the door to the possibility of Tagovailoa winning that spot during training camp. Even if Fitzpatrick starts Week 1, it would be a surprise if we did not see Tagovailoa under center at some point this season.

On Raiders rookie Bryan Edwards: He has recovered from the broken foot that he suffered in February while working out for the combine.

Edwards is ready to go the tweet added. Caplan added Edwards will line up in camp behind Tyrell Williams, but could start in 2021 as the guaranteed money in the Williams contract expires after 2020.

The Buccaneers, if you haven’t heard, have a new quarterback. On Tuesday, coach Bruce Arians was asked by reporters to assess Tom Brady‘s level of preparation for 2020.

“He’s way ahead of the curve,” Arians said of Brady. “He’s a very bright guy — the terminology was the big thing. As we now get together starting tomorrow, we’ll start to collaborate a little bit more. So yeah, I think he’s in a great spot right now as far as that goes.”

The story said despite no formal practices with Brady, Brady has had plenty of informal practices with his teammates.

Packers WR Devin Funchess has opted out of the 2020 NFL season, per source.

Funchess missed almost all of 2019 and will now sit out 2020. Lazard appears certainly becomes the clear WR2 in the Packer offense. Valdes-Scantling looks like he could be the team's WR3.

On Tuesday, the Titans placed receiver Corey Davis on the team's Physically Unable to Perform list at the start of camp.

Reports indicate no one is really sure why Davis is starting on the PUP list. He's looking to be the team's WR2 behind A.J. Brown.

Philadelphia will be without Alshon Jeffery to begin training camp.

The Eagles announced Tuesday that the veteran receiver has been placed on the active/PUP list.

It's not a surprise as this was indicated earlier this week. Marquise Goodwin announced he's opting out this season so the Eagles, who had WR shortages last season, are already off to a tough start in 2020. Jeffery injured his foot in Week 14 and if he isn't cleared by the start of the season, he'll need to miss six weeks of the season.

49ers GM John Lynch says on KNBR that he won't put a timeline on Deebo Samuel's return from a broken foot.

Lynch added according to the tweet, "It's fair to say he might miss some games at the beginning of the year." The 9ers may need Brandon Aiyuk, as well as Trent Taylor and Jalen Hurd to step up, at least early on. Aiyuk was a first round pick this past spring.

The Eagles traded for Marquise Goodwin this offseason, but it will be at least a year before they see him on the field.

According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, Goodwin is opting out of the 2020 season because of COVID-19 concerns.

Goodwin was expected to add more speed and experience to the Eagles WR group. As we reported earlier this week, Goodwin seemed to be the favorite to win the slot job. Rookie first round pick Reagor could now get a big boost with Goodwin sitting out.

The Steelers have added another running back to the roster.

The team announced the signing of Wendell Smallwood on Tuesday.

He joins James Conner, Benny Snell, Jaylen Samuels and fourth-round pick Anthony McFarland in the Steelers backfield, so it doesn't seem too likely that Smallwood starts off as a major fantasy factor.

The Cincinnati Bengals have agreed to terms with Joe Burrow on his rookie contract, multiple outlets reported Tuesday.

Burrow’s slotted contract value is $36.1 million over four years, all fully guaranteed, with a $23.9 million signing bonus. Like all first-round picks, his deal has a fifth-year team option. He was taken first overall back in April.

Dalvin Cook's holdout is effectively over.

The Minnesota Vikings running back showed up at TCO Performance Center on Tuesday, the team's mandatory reporting date for veteran players, to take his initial COVID-19 test, a league source told ESPN. Cook is expected to take a part in Tuesday afternoon's virtual meetings, sources said.

Cook's camp said back in June he wouldn't report. By reporting on time, Cook will not lose credit for the 2020 season, which would have made him a restricted free agent in 2021 instead of an unrestricted free agent, the story added.

As the 49ers and star tight end George Kittle continue to work toward a long-term contract extension, San Francisco GM John Lynch told KNBR that the club expects to see the 26-year-old report to training camp on time Tuesday as veterans go through their first round of COVID-19 testing.

Kittle is entering the final year of his rookie contract and the two sides have been discussing a deal that will keep him in the Bay Area beyond 2020, the story went on to say. More recently, reports have bubbled up to the surface that suggest Kittle could earn a contract that pays him $13 million annually, which would dwarf Austin Hooper's current AAV with the Browns of $10.5 million, which is the league-high at the position.

In a Tuesday press conference, Washington head coach Ron Rivera said Alex Smith will factor into the team’s quarterback competition should he be cleared to play.

“If that happens, I think this is a guy that becomes part of our equation. That’s the truth of the matter,” Rivera said, via Nicki Jhabvala of the Washington Post.

The story added Rivera said it will “be pure competition” between the able-bodied aspirants for the position. That competition won’t move to the practice field for a couple of weeks and we’ll see if Smith is able to join in at that point.

New England running back Brandon Bolden has decided to opt out, according to multiple reports.

All NFL players have the option to opt out of the season amid the COVID-19 pandemic. They will receive a stipend for living expenses in 2020 and then the 2020 season on their contracts will move to 2021. Bolden is deep down our draft board but is mostly a special teams player for the Patriots.

It’s quite possible New Orleans Saints receiver Emmanuel Sanders makes the biggest impact of any NFL free agent this year.

Sure, that might sound like hyperbole -- especially since the Tampa Bay Buccaneers just added quarterback Tom Brady in the same division. But we’re talking about a Saints team that finished 13-3 in each of the past two seasons. And their lack of go-to receivers behind Michael Thomas was one of the few things holding them back in both playoff exits.

The story said Sanders should pick up the offense quickly in New Orleans. ESPN projects Sanders for a line of 56-746-6, while we have him for 67-904-6 line. We also think if he stays healthy he could catch up to 80 passes this season. Right now we rank Sanders 35th among our WRs in PPR league and he's going late in drafts, but there seems to be some potential value there.

The Ravens drafted J.K. Dobbins in the second round, putting Ohio State's first 2,000-yard rusher in the same backfield as Mark Ingram II, a three-time Pro Bowl player; Gus Edwards, one of two backs in the NFL to gain over 700 yards and average more than five yards per carry in each of the past two seasons; and Justice Hill, a fourth-round pick from a year ago who was the fastest running back at the 2019 combine.

The Ravens say it's a good problem to have and will figure out the touches. But for fantasy owners it's a bit of a problem. The story said expect Dobbins to back up Ingram at least to start the season. Ingram will turn 31 and Edwards is a free agent after this season, so the story also pointed out the future may just be Dobbins and Hill.

It’s still uncertain if Sony Michel will be cleared in time for the start of practice, per source.

Michel had foot surgery in May. His status remains up in the air the tweet said. We still think James White is the back to own in the New England offense, especially PPR leagues. But Michel's injury could open the door for Harris and/or Burkhead.

Joe Burrow has already started to build a rapport with at least one Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver.

According to a source, Burrow and John Ross have trained together out in the west coast. Burrow worked out with Ross prior to the 2020 NFL Draft and those on-field workouts continued post-draft.

The story said establishing a connection with Burrow will have a major impact on Ross’ future with the franchise. Ross is on the final year of his rookie deal and the Bengals declined to pick up his fifth-year option this offseason. Injuries have hampered Ross throughout his Cincinnati career. He got off to a promising start in 2019, but his season was derailed due to a sternoclavicular injury in Week 4.

Derrius Guice, after two injury-marred seasons, said Monday via Twitter that he has been cleared to play football for the 2020 season.

Guice missed his entire rookie season after suffering a torn MCL during Washington's 2018 preseason. Last season, he suffered two significant knee injuries that included a torn meniscus (during Washington's season-opener) as well as an MCL sprain that ended his season prematurely. In five games, Guice rushed for 245 yards and two touchdowns while averaging 5.83 yards per carry.

Something to keep in mind though is Gibson is one of John Paulsen's favorite rookie running backs to target Guice's injuries, Gibson's double-digit ADP and the fact that new HC Ron Rivera compared his skill set to Christian McCaffrey’s. He averaged 15.6 yards per touch last year and led all skill players in yards after contact per attempt (8.0). He’s built more like a running back, so it will be interesting to see what sort of role he’s able to carve out in his first season.

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver/returner DeAnthony Thomas voluntarily opted out on the 2020-21 season on Monday because of the coronavirus pandemic.

After being Baltimore's primary returner last season, Thomas re-signed with the Ravens on March 14 on a one-year, $935,000 (only $25,000 guaranteed) contract but was considered on the bubble entering training camp. Rookie sixth-round pick Proche is now the front-runner to become Baltimore's punt returner.

Buccaneers place Ke'Shawn Vaughn on reserve-COVID-19 list.

John Paulsen is high on Vaughn as someone who can possibly step in immediately and compete for snaps. As Paulsen said in his draft notes, HC Bruce Arians said that he thinks Vaughn “can play every down” and said in February that he’s looking for a running back that can stay on the field for all three downs. So unless he falls on his face as a pass-blocker in camp, I think Vaughn enters the season as the starter. If not, he should win the job by midseason.

Four Vikings, including their first-round pick, Justin Jefferson, are being placed on the reserve/COVID list.

Like Schefter said, it doesn’t mean Jefferson or any on the list have it; they may have just been exposed to it. Schefter added those on the list haven’t had any contact with trainer Eric Sugarman, who tested positive over the weekend.

San Francisco 49ers running back Raheem Mostert has finalized a new contract with the team, his agent announced Monday.

Earlier this month, agent Brett Tessler announced he had requested that the 49ers trade his client because of unproductive contract talks. However, the situation changed on Monday as Tessler tweeted:

"Just finalized a new deal for Raheem Mostert with the San Francisco 49ers. Happy we got things worked out and looking forward to him having another great season there. Thanks to the organization for taking care of him."

Details of the contract were not immediately known, but before the deal, Mostert was scheduled to be paid a base salary of $2.575 million this season and was due $2.875 million in 2021 as part of a three-year contract he signed last year. Mostert will be a high-upside back in any given week, but given the nature of the 49ers’ hot-hand approach at the position, this may be a frustrating situation for fantasy owners.

Eagles HC Doug Pederson says Alshon Jeffery “is in a really good spot.” Won’t say when he thinks he’ll be ready to practice/play.

Jeffery is expected to start on the PUP list and any missed time could benefit Reagor and also Goodwin. If Arcega-Whiteside can show any kind of improvement in camp, he could be a favorite to have a bigger role since Reagor is a rookie and Goodwin a free agent signing who are both not as familiar with the system.

Washington quarterback Alex Smith has been cleared to return to full football activity after missing more than a year due to the severe leg fractures he suffered in a 2018 game, but he’s not expected to be on the active roster right away.

According to multiple reports, Smith is likely to land on the physically unable to perform list after he takes his physical with the team on Monday.

Smith won’t be allowed to practice with the team until he’s off the list, but that may not lead to him missing any practice sessions. All NFL teams will be opening camp with meetings and strength and conditioning work before practices start on the 16th day of camp. Padded practices are allowed a few days after that, the story said.

Allen Robinson has a chance to come close to career highs across the board in 2020, especially if Nick Foles wins the starting job in training camp. With no other established target in the Bears' passing game, it isn't outside the realm of possibility for A-Rob to eclipse 1,400 receiving yards (the career watermark that he set with the Jaguars in 2015), and come close to the 14 touchdowns he scored that season too.

The story pointed out Robinson has played with some very average QBs in his career, including Blake Bortles, Mitchell Trubisky, Chase Daniel and Chad Henne, so Foles presents an upgrade. Robinson was the No. 7 fantasy receiver last season, and that was with Trubisky’s scattershot accuracy. He was sixth in WR targets and 13th in receiving yards. His stock has risen in recent weeks and now he’s going off the board as a fringe WR1 in the third or fourth round. He’s fair value in the third and a steal in the fourth.

This battle pertains to the slot, which should be Marquise Goodwin's to lose -- but Justin Reagor may be playing a bigger role in this battle than we realize. Reagor excelled in the slot at TCU and was excellent at creating yards after the catch, making him a prime candidate to stretch the field and add more speed in the offense by placing him in the slot.

Goodwin has the advantage because of the pandemic, but the story said Reagor is expected to get on the field as well, as the Birds want to have as much speed on the field at one time as they can. It's also possible Reagor could get snaps as the Z wideout, which is where Jackson plays. The Eagles want Reagor to be Jackson's understudy.

Giants are signing former Jets’ kicker Chandler Catanzaro to a one-year deal, per league source.

Catanzaro retired last August and was released from the Jets’ reserve/left squad list just last week. The Giants released Aldrick Rosas earlier today.

Details are still emerging about the NFL/NFLPA deal: There’s a temporary IR for a COVID positive player and placement is immediate. His return is subject to medical clearance.

A team may move up a practice squad player to replace him, then can return that player to the practice squad without waivers. Rapoport added the Injured Reserve is unlimited and allows the desired and necessary roster flexibility.

After Miles Sanders and Boston Scott, the Eagles don’t have a ton of options at running back. Clement, Elijah Holyfield and undrafted rookies Mike Warren and Adrian Killins Jr. are competing for roster spots. Because of Corey Clement’s experience, I think he has a clear advantage.

Clement had a great rookie season and he peaked in the Super Bowl win over the Patriots. The problem with Clement is he ended his last two seasons on IR so injuries are a big concern. At this point, he looks to be behind Sanders and Scott, but all three backs have similar skillsets.

The New York Giants are releasing Pro Bowl kicker Aldrick Rosas just days before the start of training camp after an incident earlier this summer, according to multiple sources.

Rosas, 25, was charged with three misdemeanors stemming from a June 15 hit-and-run accident. He faces charges of reckless driving on highway, hit-and-run property damage and driving while suspended/revoked for DUI of alcohol/drugs. Rosas made just 12 of 17 field goal attempts (70.6%) in 2019 after a Pro Bowl season in 2020.

The Bears traded former second-round tight end Adam Shaheen to the Miami Dolphins.

The Bears came into the month of July with nine tight ends. This trade gets them down to seven. Shaheen’s days were likely numbered in Chicago anyway after the team signed Jimmy Graham in free agency and drafted Cole Kmet in the second round. Shaheen likely won’t be much of a threat in the offense to Mike Gesicki but should battle with Durham Smythe for the No. 2 role.

According to multiple sources, the NFL and NFLPA have agreed to proposed changes to the CBA in order to ensure the safety and health of players, coaches, and staff.

Items reportedly agreed upon include:
-No play, no pay for players if games are cancelled
-Two player opt-out options (high risk players and those who choose to not play without - August 3 deadline)
-$175-million cap minimum in 2020 that would smooth over through 2023
-Set rosters at 80 players by August 16 or by when veterans report
- No more than 80 people inside a building at one time
-A fund/benefit established to pay back any benefits eliminated as a result of covid up to 2023 AND paying back any lost guaranteed money to players.
-Expanded practice squad rosters (16), six of which can have unlimited accrued seasons
-Acclimation period: four days of COVID testing, two days of physicals, eight days of strength/conditioning/walk-through practices, four days shells/helmets only, and maximum of 14 days in pads, starting on Aug. 17.

More items may have been agreed upon, but have not been reported.

Bob Sturm of The Athletic has pinned Blake Jarwin as a Cowboys player in a 'prove it' season.

"If you are a receiving-only threat, you had better do more than 1.9 catches per game to justify the money that has been written in his deal as largely a pay-as-you-play," said Sturm. "So while they sort of married him, there are avenues for a divorce if 2020 doesn’t feature a 50-catch, 500-yard year with some strong blocking grades."

Jarwin signed a four-year contract worth $22 million, including $9.25 million guaranteed and a max of $24.25 million.

Blake Jarwin has been a fantasy hype train running full-steam ahead. The Cowboys offense has a handful of offensive weapons that could see their numbers spike, and Jarwin is among them with little competition at the tight end position. Sturm mentioned that despite the long-term contract, the majority of guaranteed money will be paid out 2020, leaving Jarwin in a 'show me' position entering the season.

Falcons RB Todd Gurley is willing to sit out the 2020 season if the NFL does not have a structured COVID-19 restart plan.

“It’s really not structured right,” Gurley said on Tiki & Tierney on 92.9 The Game in Atlanta, referring to the NFL’s restart plan. “There’s not a proper plan in place that I’m comfortable with. I don’t have a wife. I don’t have any kids. You have to look at guys on the other side who have [a] pregnant wife, kids and a wife that they go home to every single day. I just feel like we just need to come up with something a lot better than what they’re giving us. Everything they gave us is pretty last minute. We should have been able to have answers weeks ago, if not months ago.”

Todd Gurley's return to Georgia has led to a rejuvenated view on his fantasy prospects. His strong comments and concerns regarding the NFL's handling of COVID-19 testing and return-to-play protocol come as the league and NFLPA try to agree on a plan to get players ready for camp. Gurley's workload should be high as Atlanta's lead back, but that could mean nothing if the NFL does not provide a plan he deems suitable.

Gurley is currently being drafted as an RB3 in half-point PPR due to past injury concern.

According to ESPN’s Courtney Cronin, Minnesota Vikings tight end Irv Smith Jr. is set to see an expanded role this season.

As expected, Irv Smith Jr. will see an expanded role in his sophomore season. He will be a starter in two wide sets, and should see an uptick on the 68 snaps he took out wide last season, in turn helping increase his snaps in three wide formations. A moveable chess piece who can create mismatches regardless of where he lines up, Irv Smith Jr. could have a strong season even if he plays less snaps at tight end than starter Kyle Rudolph. Smith is the superior option between the 20’s, and may very well be one of the Vikings top outside receiving options. A low cost investment whose average ADP has him available in the 17th round, he is a type of high upside flier that could propel fantasy teams to the playoffs.

According to ESPN’s Mike Triplett, New Orleans Saints wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders should emerge as a ‘go-to guy’ for quarterback Drew Brees.

Emmanuel Sanders catching passes from Drew Brees makes him the type of high floor/ high upside player that drafters who wait on a wide receiver covet. He is set to fill a glaring hole in the New Orleans Saints receiving corps, and has zero competition for what should be a high volume role. While calling him a go-to guy may be a reach, he should flirt with 100 or more targets for the season. Our 35th ranked receiver, Sanders is a value at his current ADP as the 41st wide receiver off the board.

According to ESPN's Marcel Louis-Jacques, Buffalo Bills running back Devin Singletary may operate as the featured back until Zack ‘Moss proves he deserves a larger share’ of the backfield touches.

Devin Singletary could very well start the 2020 season with a much larger role than many may have him pegged for. Rookie running back Zack Moss will make his presence felt in the backfield, but there is ample reason to believe that Singletary will still see more than enough touches to outperform his current ADP as the 22nd running back off the board. In his final eight games of 2019, Singletary racked up 131 carries for 603 rushing yards (4.6 yards per carry), and 20 receptions for 136 receiving yards, compared to just 187 yards from scrimmage on 68 touches for Frank Gore. Zack Moss will have value due to his goal line work and projected late season role, but Singletary could exceed 250+ touches if he keeps up his second half pace and workload split.

According to Jamison Hensley of ESPN, Baltimore Ravens rookie running back J.K. Dobbins is slated to open camp as the third string running back behind Mark Ingram and Gus Edwards.

Despite being drafted as an RB3 redraft leagues, it is no sure thing that J.K. Dobbins even opens the season as Mark Ingram’s top backup. Gus Edwards, while more of an early down runner, has been an effective committee back to this point of his career (his 5.29 yards per carry over the past two seasons leads the NFL). Edwards will open camp as the top backup, and could be an early season impediment to Dobbins seeing consistent touches as a member of the Ravens backfield. The long term upside is tantalizing, but aside from managing to beat out Edwards, Dobbins also needs to siphon touches from Mark Ingram to earn standalone value. Coming from the run-pass-option heavy Ohio State, he is an ideal system fit, but Dobbins would need to become just the second rookie running back in 12 years to rush for more than 600 yards for John Harbaugh. The upside is undeniable, but there is significant opportunity cost and ADP based risk baked into acquiring him in redraft leagues.

According to ESPN's Jeff Dickerson, 'unless Mitch Trubisky strings together a terrific training camp', it could only be a matter of time until Nick Foles permanently takes over under center for the Chicago Bears.

Mitch Trubisky has shown flashes of his upside in his time under center for the Chicago Bears, but with the team having a defense built to win now, the franchise is looking for their quarterback to help propel them to wins. Trubisky looked awful in 2019, and will be hard pressed to prove that he gives Chicago a better chance to win than former Super Bowl MVP Nick Foles. Nagy has experience with Foles from their time together in both Philadelphia and Kansas City, as do some of the other assistants on the staff. This is likely a major part of the reason they chose to pursue him over one of this offseason's talented (and less expensive) free agent quarterbacks. His knowledge of the system and verbiage should help him overcome the lack of a normal offseason, and his proven track record makes him the Bears best option under center. Foles is an intriguing superflex and best ball target.

According to Cameron Wolfe of ESPN, Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa is expected to see starts in his rookie season.

Originally expected to redshirt his rookie season, there is now reason to be optimistic about actually seeing Tua Tagovailoa take the field in 2020. He seems to be progressing well in his recovery, and is clearly a more exciting and talented option than veteran Ryan Fitzpatrick. The future of the franchise, getting Tua’s feet wet at some point in his rookie season would likely be in the Miami Dolphins' best interest. Over the last 10 seasons, only one first-round quarterback has failed to make a start as a rookie (Jake Locker), and 21 of 30 have made at least 10 starts. His potential for rookie season starts makes the talented quarterback a very interesting late-round streaming option in deeper redraft leagues.

In a story posted on Wednesday, 710 ESPN Seattle's John Clayton reported that the Seahawks are interested in re-signing WR Josh Gordon if the league reinstates him. Clayton noted that the Seahawks are expecting a decision from the league on Gordon in the "next week or two."

Gordon appeared in 11 games last season, playing for both the Patriots and Seahawks. Gordon only caught seven passes from Russell Wilson while playing limited snaps, but averaged a robust 19.9 yards per reception. The risks in rostering Gordon are well known. He is one off-field misstep or failed drug test away from possibly being banned from the league altogether. For now, it is best to take a "wait and see" approach to ensure Gordon is actually reinstated and if so, whether he actually signs back in Seattle.

According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, free agent running back Devonta Freeman has hired agent Drew Rosenhaus.

Just a week after being dropped by former agent Kristin Campbell, free agent running back Devonta Freeman has hired noted power agent Drew Rosenhaus to help secure him a deal ahead of training camp. Freeman has had varying degrees of interest from a number of teams including the Philadelphia Eagles, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and the Seattle Seahawks, but has been unable to secure an offer to his liking. Eighth among running backs with 59 receptions, Freeman offers flex level upside if he is able to find a team willing to use him in some sort of committee. Hiring Rosenhaus increases the likelihood he signs with a team, making him a potential value as the 68th running back off the board in redraft leagues.

Antonio Brown has stated via Twitter that ,"At this point the risk is greater than the reward thank you everyone who been part of this journey i sincerely thank you for everything! Life goes on 84!"

Using multiple tweets, Antonio Brown stated, "I came i saw i conquered mission complete Call God." AB was a late round target in 2020, as fantasy players were hoping to get a spark from an all-time great WR later in the season. Until he signs his retirement paperwork with the NFL, it is tough to take his most recent statement seriously. It appears any value he had in 2020 has disappeared.

Despite an injury-plagued season, Colts offensive coordinator Nick Sirianni said that the pass offense runs through T.Y. Hilton. “I expect a great bounce back from a year he had a lot of injuries,” Sirianni said. “I expect the 2018 version of him. If T.Y. stays healthy, there’s no doubt that’s what we’ll see. … He’s still the main piece of this offense. T.Y. Hilton is who this pass offense runs through.”

T.Y. Hilton was named the receiving corps' key player by Ayello.

Hilton receives a glowing endorsement entering a contract season. In Hilton's last healthy season (2018), he recorded 76 catches for 1,270 yards and 7 TDs. He is being drafted as a high-end WR2.

Packers rookie RB A.J. Dillon is the running back to watch in 2020, according to Jason Wilde.

“I would say this, and I would echo this to everybody across the Packers Nation: I’m good to go, healthy as can be,” Dillon said. “I had a lot of carries, but that just shows I can handle the workload, I can be the workhorse."

In the article, Wilde talked to Brian White, Dillon's position coach at Boston College, who called him a "genetic freak." A.J. Dillon logged 845 carries in three seasons at BC. The second-round pick is part of a three-headed backfield in Green Bay and will have to excel early to get consistent work and be a fantasy factor.

The Eagles and first-round WR Jalen Reagor have agreed to terms on a four-year, $13.3M contract with a fifth-year option.

Rookie camps begin Tuesday July 21, so Raegor is the first of many who are signing deals prior to reporting. The TCU product will compete for targets on a team that started players off the street in 2019. Outside of DeSean Jackson, it is unknown who will start at receiver in 2020. Currently, Raegor is being drafted as a WR4/5 that has an excellent opportunity to crush his ADP.

All 32 NFL teams have submitted their infectious disease emergency response plans and have all been approved by NFL chief medical officer Dr. Allen Sills.

The union must still approve the plans but it’s a good sign that each team now has their plan ready for action. Until the union approves each plan, teams can only have 20 players in the building at one time. Rookies for the Kansas City Chiefs and Houston Texans are set to report to training camp tomorrow while the other teams’ rookies will report on Tuesday and all players will be in camp by July 28.

The NFL sent an email to all teams Saturday that officially sets the start of training camp for Tuesday, July 28.

There are still plenty of items to work out regarding health protocols within each team, but we officially have set dates for teams reporting to camp this year. Rookies will report Tuesday, July 21 (Chiefs and Texans rookies report Monday, July 20), quarterbacks and injured players can report Thursday, July 23 and all players will report Tuesday, July 28. As of now, teams can only have 20 players in their facility at a time until the NFLPA signs off on each team’s infectious disease emergency response plans. Due to the coronavirus, all teams will hold training camp at their normal practice facility, rather than their typical training camp site.

Felony charges were dropped against Texans wide receiver Kenny Stills following his arrest at a Breonna Taylor protest in Louisville, Kentucky, per a statement from Jefferson County Attorney Mike O'Connell.

Stills appears to be on track to not miss training camp, but could still miss games due to his arrest, pending NFL review. Stills is a WR3 with upside as a member of the injury-plagued Texans receiving corps.

Bengals’ WR AJ Green signed his franchise tender today.

After missing the 2019 season, Green enters 2020 looking to return to an upper-tier WR in fantasy. He played nine games in 2018, finishing with 46/694/6. The signing is good news for rookie QB Joe Burrow, who has another legitimate receiver to target.

According to the NFL Network's Jane Slater, Dak Prescott was involved in last minute discussions regarding a long-term deal with the Dallas Cowboys. The reported offer was said to be in the $33-$35M dollar range, with $110 million guaranteed.

Being in contract talks down to the deadline is one thing, actually being close to a deal is another. The Cowboys will let Dak Prescott play the season on the franchise tag before potentially looking to hammer out a long-term deal next summer. Franchising him a second time would be expensive, but may still be the course of action the Cowboys take. Dak was excellent in 2019, and currently sits as our number three overall quarterback for the 2020 season. Dak now has an even more explosive supporting cast than he did last season, and may be looking to play his way into a Patrick Mahomes like payday. Prescott does not project to be adversely affected by the lack of a long term deal, and should remain one of fantasy football’s elite producers at the quarterback position.

Chicago Bears wide receiver Allen Robinson has yet to hear from the team regarding a contract extension. He is in the last year of his three year, $42 million dollar contract.

Allen Robinson has not heard from the Chicago Bears, and stated that he is not ‘anticipating hearing anything at this point’. While not receiving an extension, or at least being approached about one is concerning for Chicago Bears fans, as well as for his dynasty outlook, our number eight ranked half-PPR wide receiver should not see his production affected. Robinson is still far and away the Bears top receiver, and is expected to form a special connection with Nick Foles (should he win the job). Robinson should be able to maintain or exceed the 27% target share he saw last season regardless of who lines up under center. If Foles wins the job, he will see a rise in his average depth of target, something that could lead to an even more explosive season for last year's number 11 overall fantasy receiver.

Titans RB Derrick Henry is signing a four-year, $50 million contract extension that includes $25.5 million guaranteed, source tells ESPN.

Only yesterday it was reported that the Titans were unlikely to extend Henry long-term, but things change quickly in the NFL and Tennessee obviously had a change of heart about locking up their workhorse running back. Henry will remain in Tennessee for the foreseeable future and projects as a high-volume, tackle-breaking machine for the Titans as they look to repeat last year's success. Whether or not paying up for Henry is a wise move for the Titans in real life, dyansty drafters should take note because it solidifies Henry's status as a a RB1 and reaffirms that he is one of the safest picks available in the middle of the first round for redraft.

The deadline is 1 minute away and there's no deal between Dak Prescott and the #Cowboys, per source. The sides did communicate today, but he's set to play on the $31.409 million tag.

This was the expected outcome in what has turned into a long-term standoff between Prescott and Jerry Jones. Prescott has steadily improved since entering he league and led one of the most efficient offenses in the NFL last year, but the Cowboys have been reluctant to give him a long-term deal. He will now play the 2020 season on the franchise tag and rehash negotiations next offseason. Prescott has plenty of motivation to put up huge numbers this year.

Adam Schefter tweeted the following on Wednesday afternoon: "Titans and RB Derrick Henry now working to finalize a deal before today’s 4 pm ET deadline, per sources. Deal on way to being done."

The parties have until 4 PM EST to reach an agreement or Henry will play out this season on the franchise tag. Henry led the league in rushing last year, totaling 1,540 yards on 303 carries to go along with 16 touchdowns and is poised to return as the feature back for the Titans in 2020. This report suggests he and Tennessee are working toward a last-minute extension to keep him with the Titans long-term. A long-term extension would only solidify Henry's status as a workhorse back and surefire RB1 in fantasy.

Chicago Bears running back David Montgomery is entering just his second season in the league, and after a rookie year that included the usual ups and downs from a first-year player, the expectations are much higher for Year 2.

Montgomery ended last season with 889 yards and six touchdowns, but his 3.7 yards per carry left a bit to be desired. He ran hard; he ran determined. But in today's NFL, sub-900 yards just isn't good enough.

Montgomery will run behind an improved offensive line in 2020 with the addition of Germain Ifedi and the coaching upgrade through Juan Castillo. The quarterback play should be improved, too, even if Mitch Trubisky wins the job over Nick Foles. Those two factors will create bigger running lanes and a greater likelihood Montgomery will find his way to the second level of opposing defenses, the story all said. The piece also pointed out a big 2021 free agent class at RB that could potentially replace Montgomery if he doesn't bust out in 2020.

Alshon Jeffery is almost certain to start training camp on the PUP (Physically Unable to Perform) list. He can come off of PUP at any time during training camp, but must remain on PUP for at least six weeks if he is still on it at the start of the regular season.

If some GM called up Roseman and said, "Hey give us your fifth rounder next year and we’ll eat $10 million in cash for you," Roseman would have Jeffery on the first flight out of Philly. But that call probably isn't coming.

It seems like the Eagles would be fine to part ways with Jeffery, who many think was an unnamed source who bashed teammate and quarterback Carson Wentz over the last two years. According to the story, trading Jeffery is still possible, but unlikely. Any team trading for Jeffery would be acquiring a slow, recently injured receiver in each of the last two seasons. He would count for $9,910,000 on any acquiring team's cap, but more importantly, he would deplete $9,910,000 of that team's cash, the story said.

Came Newton will certainly open up new aspects to the Patriots offense that the team wasn't able to really deploy with Tom Brady, especially in the running game. With Newton, OC Josh McDaniels, if he so chooses, will have the option to unleash a different style offense than the "death by a million paper cuts" passing game that they ran with Brady. Thanks to Newton's mobility along with his arm, the Patriots offense could utilize more bootlegs and RPOs to further give depth to the unit.

The author feels change is something the Pats seemingly will embrace. HC Bill Belichick noted earlier this offseason the Patriots would cater the offense around whoever ultimately earns the job under center, the story said. Newton also referred to himself as a "ticked off dog." We rank Newton 15th on our QB list with an ADP of the 12th round in 12-team leagues.

Titans and Derrick Henry are not expected to reach a long-term deal by Wednesday deadline for franchise players, per source.

Henry already singed his tender and is scheduled to make $10.27 million this season. He would become a free agent in the offseason, Schefter went on to say.

Despite Wednesday’s deadline to sign Dak Prescott to a long-term deal, there are no scheduled talks between the Dallas Cowboys and the quarterback’s agent, Todd France, according to multiple sources.

This falls right in line with a report we had on Sunday about a lack of optimism. As the story said, things can change quickly with a simple phone call. But, there was expected to be more urgency in getting a deal done that would lock the team and Prescott together for the long term while making the quarterback one of the highest paid quarterbacks in the NFL. Prescott already signed his franchise tender and without a deal with make a little less than $31.5 million this season.

As teams continue to get rosters in order prior to the start of training camp, which is set to kick off in just a few weeks, former Washington tight end Jordan Reed plans to play in 2020, according to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network. The 30-year-old also is said to have three teams interested in his services, but that trio of clubs wasn't specifically identified.

As Reed's fantasy owners know throughout the last few years, when healthy he can be a TE1 fantasy option. But health is been his biggest issue, specifically concussion. In 2015 he caught 87 passes for 952 yards and 11 touchdowns over 14 games. He was also named to the Pro Bowl in 2016 after catching 66 balls for 686 yards and eight scores over just a 12 game stretch. He suffered the seventh recorded concussion of his career during Washington's third preseason contest against the Falcons last summer, which forced him to eventually miss the entire season.

The Rams expect that Josh Reynolds will, or at least play a significantly increased role, this season.

The Rams think Reynolds can step in with the loss of Brandin Cooks to the Texans. A fourth-round pick in 2017, Reynolds served mostly as a backup the past three seasons, but filled in as a starter when needed. In 48 games, Reynolds caught 61 passes for 832 yards and seven touchdowns.

A sixth-year pro, Malcolm Brown provides experience and is dependable -- he rushed for a career-high five touchdowns last season. But expect the young backs to be featured after the Rams recently invested in them with early draft picks.

The Rams traded up to get Henderson last year, but he only played on 8% of the snaps in 2019. Akers was a second round pick back in April, so it makes sense one of these two takes over at some point. The writer feels Akers should be a presence between the tackles but missing offseason workouts because of the pandemic could hurt him, perhaps at least to start the season. We rank Akers the highest among the Ram backs.

Source said Sunday afternoon Cowboys are not close to reaching a multi-year contract with QB Dak Prescott.

The deadline is July 15, which is this Wednesday, and while the situation could change, the report of not being close isn't exactly optimistic. Prescott would enter 2020 season on $31.4M franchise tag if no deal by deadline, the tweet went on to say.

Sony Michel posted a picture on his Instagram that shows him without a walking boot.

Beat writer Mike Reiss said some Patriots have already returned to the area, getting a head start on their quarantine. Michel is recovering from offseason surgery on his foot, and as a rehabbing player is allowed to use the team's facilities, which he's been taking advantage of for several weeks now. Unfortunately, we don't see Michel's fantasy arrow pointing up with the loss of Tom Brady.

The Detroit Lions' backfield battle will be one to watch once training camp starts later this month.

Detroit drafted multifaceted Georgia product D'Andre Swift in the second round to bolster a running back crew that has lacked pizzazz when incumbent starter Kerryon Johnson has gone down with knee injuries.

Swift said in the story he's not sure what role he'll have this season with the Lions assuming Johnson is healthy and ready to go. The story added Swift brings a dual threat out of the backfield with his ability to catch passes. We have Swift 20th among our RBs with Johnson 47th, so we think Swift is the back to own now.

If the Eagles are without DeSean Jackson for any or all of the next football season, which certainly seems within the realm of possibility at this point, there’s one person on their roster who has a similar skill set.

Marquise Goodwin is definitely not DeSean Jackson, but at his best, when he’s healthy — which hasn’t been very often — he can do some of the same things as Jackson.

This may be a little tidbit to store away in case Jackson is suspended or even let go from his "absolutely appalling" social media posts recently. Over the past four years, Goodwin has only four fewer catches of at least 40 yards than Jackson, and in his one full season, he was among the league’s best big-play practitioners. The bad news about Goodwin is he hasn't been very healthy. He missed four games in 2013 with a broken hand. He missed six games in 2014 with a concussion and hamstring and rib injuries. He missed 14 games in 2015 with a rib injury. He suffered three more concussions in 2016 and a fifth in 2017. He missed five games in 2018 with injuries and seven last year with a knee injury. He’s only managed 30 or more snaps in 13 games the last two years.

According to David Lombardi of the Athletic, San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Jalen Hurd is expected to play the big slot role this season.

Having a healthy Jalen Hurd available to create mismatches as a big slot receiver would be a major boost to a San Francisco 49ers offense that will be without Deebo Samuel for at least four weeks of the season. A productive running back at Tennessee before switching to slot wide receiver after transferring to Baylor, Hurd will be stepping into a position that accounted for a combined 78 receptions for seven touchdowns in 2019. With the 49ers top slot receiver Emmanuel Sanders now in New Orleans, Hurd seeing snaps as the big slot could be a short and long term fantasy boost for the potential late round lottery ticket on a team expected to start Deebo Samuel and Brandon Aiyuk on the outside (when healthy) for years to come.

Raheem Mostert's agent tweeted the following on Wednesday afternoon: "After months of unproductive talks with the 49ers about fairly adjusting Raheem Mostert's contract (which paid him for special teams) we have requested a trade. Disappointing that it would come to this for a guy who led all NFL RBs in YPC & helped lead them to the Super Bowl."

Mostert was slated to play a major role in the San Francisco backfield this fall so if he actually does end up getting traded it would have serious fantasy implications. Tevin Coleman would stand to receive a huge boost in workload and value if Mostert is playing for another team before Week 1. It's unclear what kind of compensation the 49ers will be looking for to move Mostert. He flashed big play ability last season but has a limited track record and scary injury history. If Mostert is moved, the fantasy-friendly running game in San Francisco would make Coleman a fascinating RB2 with RB1 upside.

The NFL and the NFLPA have begun discussions on player opt-outs for the 2020 season amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. The report notes that both the league and union anticipate that an opt-out option will be available to players. The deadline for opting out has not been agreed upon, and the report also notes that any tolling of player contracts for opting out has yet to be discussed.

It is too early to know if any fantasy relevant players will be opting out this season, but it is fair to assume that if opt-outs are allowed at least some players will exercise that ability. Numerous players have opted out of the MLB and NBA restarts. Depending on the names that exercise an opt-out, the pandemic could have a huge influence on the fantasy landscape for 2020. With training camps set to open in less than three weeks, the league and union have plenty of issues to sort through in a short period of time before the players take the field to prepare for a new season.

What Evan Engram cannot do, at least thus far, is stay healthy. He played in 11 games in 2018 and only eight last season, forced out with ligament damage in his foot that required surgery.

No one wants to talk much about what happens next with Sterling Shepard. He sustained two concussions last season that forced him out of six games. He dealt with a migraine issue earlier in his career. These are cumulative health concerns, and if Shepard continues to encounter head and concussion issues he will not make it through the length of his contract.

Despite the injury issues with both players, the talent is there. As a rookie in 2017, Engram had 11 receptions of 20 or more yards. In 2018, he averaged 8.7 yards after the catch per reception. That was second among all tight ends, behind only George Kittle. Shepard isn't a number-one WR, but he's a locker room asset and a nice compliment on the field. Having both healthy will be great news for Jones this year.

Eagles decision on whether to keep DeSean Jackson could come down to whether post is a default under his contract. Jackson is guaranteed $4.8M this year in salary and already received a $2M option bonus. Eagles could try to figure out a way out of guaranteed salary first.

The Eagles released a statement calling Jackson's post earlier today "appalling," and he needs to use his platform to apologize and promote unity. Jackson did issue a video apology. This situation seems far from over and the Eagles now appear to have a big decision to make about his future with the team. Jackson played just about a game-and-a-half last year before being lost for the season with a sports hernia injury. He was being counted on as a top target and deep threat for QB Carson Wentz this year.

I still expect LeVeon Bell to be the lead back and get the majority of the carries over the season. However, I could see certain games where HC Adam Gase decides to ride Frank Gore more. It is going to be a fascinating dynamic to watch.

We've certainly seen this before at times in the league, but certain backs can be immune to the concept. Given how much Gase loves Gore, and the team's struggle to run the ball last year, it's possible Gore can play a big role certain weeks. The story said Gore isn't just there for what he does on the field, but also for what he does in the locker room.

NFL GMs and head coaches were told on calls [Monday] the start date for training camps should remain as scheduled later this month.

Pelissero went on to say there have been no decisions on how camps will be structured, per sources. Pelissero concluded that this all means a fight with the NFLPA over preseason games is just getting started. The fantasy impact here is the less training camp time and preseason games, the harder it may be for a lot of rookies to have immediate impacts when the season starts.

The Kansas City Chiefs and quarterback Patrick Mahomes have reached agreement on a 10-year contract extension that ties him to Kansas City through the 2031 season, league sources tell ESPN's Adam Schefter.

The Chiefs picked up Mahomes' fifth-year option for the 2021 season in April, putting him under contract for the next two seasons. The 10-year extension puts him under contract with the Chiefs for the next 12 seasons.

The Chiefs said they intended to sign their franchise quarterback to an extension but had previously indicated it might not happen until after this season, the story said. Mahomes, 24, was named Super Bowl MVP after Kansas City's 31-20 victory over the San Francisco 49ers to become the first quarterback in NFL history to win a league MVP and Super Bowl before turning 25. Mahomes became the youngest quarterback to be named Super Bowl MVP and was the league MVP in 2018. Of course, Mahomes is also a top-tier fantasy QB, currently second in our rankings behind Lamar Jackson.

Chiefs and QB Patrick Mahomes have reached agreement on a 10-year -- 10-year! -- contract extension that ties him to Kansas City through the 2031 season, league sources tell ESPN.

Patrick Mahomes will now be crushing it for fantasy drafters through 2031.

My understanding is TE David Njoku remains a big part of the Browns plans, going back to the winter and the transition in the organization.

Njoku has wanted out of Cleveland for a while, according to reports, perhaps even more now with the Hooper signing. Anderson said the Browns believe Njoku can still have a great year for the team. Anderson added in the tweet the Bears are monitoring the situation.

Damien Williams has been training for the upcoming season in Miami, as he has done in the past. For the second consecutive year, Williams is projected to be the Chiefs’ starter. That said, the Chiefs selected a running back, Clyde Edwards-Helaire, a few months ago with their first pick to close out the first round of the NFL Draft. Williams hasn’t made public comments since then, but the Chiefs understand this season will be a pivotal one for him, as he enters the final year of his contract.

The story said Williams has battled injuries over his career and both he and the Chiefs are looking for consistency. It's hard to believe Edwards-Helaire won't cut into Williams' workload, but with a potential shutdown of preseason games, Williams could start off with a lot of reps before Edwards-Helaire begins to make a dent later in the season. Either way, Williams drops in our rankings compared to last year, but we don't think the keys get handed over solely to Edwards-Helaire.

Browns’ TE David Njoku and his agent Drew Rosenhaus asked today for the team to trade him. The Browns told Njoku they would like to keep him, but Rosenhaus told them he’s intent on a trade. They want a trade before training camp.

About David Njoku’s trade request today to the Browns, agent Drew Rosenhaus said: "It is in David's best interest to find a new team at this time."

David Njoku is obviously unhappy with the addition of Austin Hooper to the roster for 2020, and is looking for a team to be their TE1. Keep an eye on this situation as it could certainly have an effect on his current 20th round ADP. Njoku has 1,066 receiving yards and nine touchdowns in his three-year career with the Browns.

In an effort to combat COVID-19, NFL teams are likely to bring fewer than the regular 90 players they ordinarily bring to training camp, per league sources. One source is predicting 80 per team, another 75, but no one is expecting 90.

Having smaller rosters at camp could hurt the undrafted free agents looking to make teams in 2020.

Joe Buscaglia: I believe the Bills would like to get Singletary more involved in the passing game this year, too. He’s an underrated route runner and his open-field vision makes him a potentially dangerous pass catcher. Singletary would likely draw the assignment of a linebacker or safety, and the Bills will like that matchup with how often he makes people miss.
