NFL, NFLPA agree to proposed CBA changes

According to multiple sources, the NFL and NFLPA have agreed to proposed changes to the CBA in order to ensure the safety and health of players, coaches, and staff.

Items reportedly agreed upon include:
-No play, no pay for players if games are cancelled
-Two player opt-out options (high risk players and those who choose to not play without - August 3 deadline)
-$175-million cap minimum in 2020 that would smooth over through 2023
-Set rosters at 80 players by August 16 or by when veterans report
- No more than 80 people inside a building at one time
-A fund/benefit established to pay back any benefits eliminated as a result of covid up to 2023 AND paying back any lost guaranteed money to players.
-Expanded practice squad rosters (16), six of which can have unlimited accrued seasons
-Acclimation period: four days of COVID testing, two days of physicals, eight days of strength/conditioning/walk-through practices, four days shells/helmets only, and maximum of 14 days in pads, starting on Aug. 17.

More items may have been agreed upon, but have not been reported.
