Seahawks running back Zach Charbonnet has a legitimate chance to make his season debut in Week 7 vs. Kansas City, multiple sources say.

Related Players: Emanuel Wilson, George Holani, Jadarian Price, Brady Russell, Sam Darnold

Charbonnet is worth stashing before his return, especially for managers seeking running back help. A substantial role could make him an RB2, but his first game back would carry workload uncertainty. Wilson’s current RB2 value could fall into the FLEX range if Charbonnet takes a meaningful share of carries and goal-line work.

Colts WR Keenan Allen did not practice Wednesday because of his groin injury, according to Nathan Brown. Allen returned to game action last Sunday after missing Week 4; Wednesday’s absence alone does not establish that he suffered a setback.

Related Players: Josh Downs, Laquon Treadwell, Deion Burks, Darius Slayton, Tyler Warren, Mo Alie-Cox, Daniel Jones

Allen remains a tentative WR4/FLEX against Tennessee, with Thursday and Friday’s practices determining how confidently managers can use him. If he sits, Downs has a real chance to move from the WR3 range into WR2 territory through additional targets. Warren would offer an even stronger ceiling as a TE1.

Andy Reid said Rashee Rice is the lone player who is not going to practice.

This will be Josh Simmons' first practice in almost two months.

Related Players: Xavier Worthy, Jalen Royals, Cyrus Allen, Travis Kelce, Noah Gray, Patrick Mahomes

If Rice remains out, Worthy would have WR2 upside from additional targets, and Kelce would remain a strong TE1 option. Royals would enter deep-league FLEX desperation, while Allen and Gray remain speculative. Mahomes stays in QB1 consideration, though Rice’s absence would reduce the offense’s receiving depth.

The Jets designated Omar Cooper Jr. to return to practice Wednesday. The rookie has been on injured reserve with an ankle injury suffered in Week 1 and now has a 21-day window to return to the active roster.

Related Players: Garrett Wilson, Adonai Mitchell, Isaiah Williams, Sterling Shepard, Malik McClain, Mason Taylor, Kenyon Sadiq, Geno Smith

Cooper is worth a deep-league stash with Mitchell’s availability uncertain. If activated, he could compete for targets immediately and challenge Isaiah Williams’ FLEX appeal. Wilson remains the clear starting option in this receiving group. Wait for Cooper’s activation and expected role before putting him into a lineup.

Las Vegas has internally discussed giving Ashton Jeanty a week off at some point to recover from his ankle and foot injuries, Dan Graziano reports. Jeanty wants to continue playing. The team believes Mike Washington Jr. could handle the lead role if it decides to rest Jeanty.

Related Players: Mike Washington Jr., Dylan Laube, Brock Bowers, Tre Tucker, Kirk Cousins

Washington is a priority contingency pickup if he's still on waiver wires anywhere. If Jeanty misses a game and Washington handles the lead workload, he could jump into RB2 consideration. Laube would have deeper PPR FLEX appeal if his receiving work expands. Keep Jeanty in starting plans while monitoring his availability; the report describes a possible future rest game, not an announced absence against Buffalo.

A.J. Brown is being designated to return from IR today, per Mike Vrabel.

Related Players: Romeo Doubs, Demario Douglas, Kyle Williams, Efton Chism, Mack Hollins, Hunter Henry, Eli Raridon, Drake Maye

Brown would enter WR2 consideration with WR1 upside if activated and cleared for a substantial workload. His return would push Doubs closer to WR3/FLEX territory and make Douglas, Williams and Chism more dependent on weekly matchups and target distribution. Henry would remain a streaming option, while Maye’s QB1 ceiling would benefit from getting his top receiver back.

AD Mitchell had a small procedure on his hand but he’s moving his fingers around well. He’s still week to week, Aaron Glenn said.

Related Players: Garrett Wilson, Isaiah Williams, Sterling Shepard, Malik McClain, Mason Taylor, Kenyon Sadiq, Jeremy Ruckert, Geno Smith

Wilson remains a strong start, and Isaiah Williams has deep-league FLEX appeal while Mitchell stays out. Shepard and McClain remain speculative options.

Browns KC Concepcion (concussion) is progressing very well and is set to practice today. That’s remarkable considering he was knocked out cold when Jets Minkah Fitzpatrick hit him helmet to helmet.

Related Players: Denzel Boston, Jerry Jeudy, Tylan Wallace, Isaiah Bond, Malachi Corley, Harold Fannin, Deshaun Watson

Concepcion managers should retain an alternative until he clears concussion protocol. If he misses, Boston would have WR2 upside from additional targets, while Jeudy would enter deeper PPR FLEX consideration. Fannin remains a TE1 option and could benefit from a thinner receiving group.

Caleb Williams will be a full participant on today's injury report, Ben Johnson said.

Today is a walkthrough, so the injury report is an estimate.

Related Players: Tyson Bagent, Case Keenum, Luther Burden, Rome Odunze, Kalif Raymond, Zavion Thomas, Colston Loveland, Cole Kmet, D’Andre Swift

Williams would return to QB1 consideration if cleared to start against Atlanta. His availability would improve the scoring ceiling for Burden, Odunze and Loveland. Burden would be a WR2 option, Odunze a WR3/FLEX with WR2 upside, and Loveland a tight end streamer.

John Harbaugh said the Giants’ tempo package helped open up the offense against Washington and should remain part of their approach going forward, Patricia Traina reports. Harbaugh acknowledged that game flow pushed New York toward that approach during Sunday’s comeback.

Related Players: Jameis Winston, Malik Nabers, Darnell Mooney, Malachi Fields, Isaiah Likely, Theo Johnson, Cam Skattebo, Najee Harris

Winston remains a superflex option with passing-volume upside against New Orleans. Nabers has WR1 upside and Likely remains a strong TE1 choice. Mooney and Fields are deeper-league options whose appeal would improve if the faster pace produces more passing opportunities. Skattebo remains the preferred backfield start; managers should avoid counting on another 54-attempt game when setting expectations for the secondary receivers.
