One of the aspects of injury tracking that I personally highly value is one place where I can find updated news and projections on my injured players, which is why I wanted to create this table format for everyone to use. Please bookmark this link, as I will continue to update the positional tables throughout each week as more information comes to light. I hope that it becomes a very useful resource for you all in roster management in all formats. I will also list the bye weeks, as these are often important to keep in mind in terms of how teams may manage their injured player return to play timetables.

The 2025 bye weeks are as follows:

Week 5: Atlanta Falcons, Chicago Bears, Green Bay Packers, Pittsburgh Steelers
Week 6: Houston Texans, Minnesota Vikings
Week 7: Baltimore Ravens, Buffalo Bills
Week 8: Arizona Cardinals, Detroit Lions, Jacksonville Jaguars, Las Vegas Raiders, Los Angeles Rams, Seattle Seahawks
Week 9: Cleveland Browns, New York Jets, Philadelphia Eagles, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Week 10: Cincinnati Bengals, Dallas Cowboys, Kansas City Chiefs, Tennessee Titans
Week 11: Indianapolis Colts, New Orleans Saints
Week 12: Denver Broncos, Los Angeles Chargers, Miami Dolphins, Washington Commanders
Week 14: Carolina Panthers, New England Patriots, New York Giants, San Francisco 49ers

Carson Wentz	MIN	Left Shoulder	10/19	2026	10/28: Undergoing season-ending surgery for torn Left labrum, fractured socket. Should be fine for 2026 season.
Kyler Murray	ARI	Foot/Ankle	10/5	Week 10	11/1: Jacoby Brissett will remain QB1.
Justin Fields	NYJ	Concussion	10/19	Week 8	10/19: Concussion screening. Cleared to return. Eventually got benched. Tyrod Taylor likely starts in week 8.
Tyrod Taylor	NYJ	Knee Bone Bruise	10/23	Week 10-11	10/25: Taylor out with knee bone bruise, same knee that he had a scope on in early August (meniscus). Week to week. Could start out of bye week.
Bryce Young	CAR	High Ankle Sprain	10/19	Week 9	10/29: Young back to FP, set to start week 9. Dalton is DNP with a thumb injury that may lead to him being inactive.
Jayden Daniels	WAS	Left Elbow Dislocation	11/2	2026	11/2: Most likely season ending Left elbow dislocation, considering WAS record. May or may not need surgery. UCl likely torn.
Michael Penix	ATL	Foot/Ankle Bruise	10/19	Week 9	11/1: set to play week 9
CJ Stroud	HOU	Concussion	11/2	Week 11	11/2: Average miss 1 week. Davis Mills likely starts Week 10

Cam Skattebo	NYG	Right Ankle Dislocation, Fibula Fracture, Deltoid Ligament Tear	10/26	2026	10/29: confirmed Right Fibula fracture, ankle dislocation, deltoid ligament tear. Current projection: Active week 1, 80-90% of himself by October/November with a chance that he's there by September if all goes well. Good that the tibia was not fractured.
Trey Benson	ARI	Meniscus Surgery	10/1	Week 10-12	10/26: week 9 is last of 4 games missed due to IR. Unsure yet if he will be ready for week 10 or not.
Bucky Irving	TB	Left Foot	9/28	Week 10	10/20: sounds like there is an outside chance that Irving plays week 8. Team likely aiming to get him through the bye week.
Braelon Allen	NYJ	Left Knee MCL Surgery	9/29	Season Ending	10/21: Braelon posted a photo on IG with surgical incisions that appear to indicate an MCL repair/reconstruction. His 2025 season is over.
Omarion Hampton	LAC	Left Foot/Ankle	10/5	Week 13	10/26: still in boot, increases suspicions of fracture. I am still eyeing week 13 as his return coming out of LAC's bye week.
Marshawn Lloyd	GB	Hamstring	Preseason	TBD	10/29: Lloyd reportedly "not close to practicing yet". Woof.
D'Andre Swift	CHI	Groin	10/16	Week 10-11	11/1: Groin strain finally knocked him out at least 1 week. Unsure if he will miss time. Kyle Monangai could steal RB1.
Emari Demercado	ARI	Ankle	10/12	Week 9-10	10/12: Phased out in favor of Bam Knight and Michael Carter. Could miss a few weeks but unlikely to matter for fantasy.
Saquon Barkley	PHI	Groin or Hamstring	10/26	Week 10	10/26: Saquon told media he is not concerned. Not always a true sign of severity but all we have for now. PHI bye week 9. Eyeing week 10 for his return.
Quinshon Judkins	CLE	Right AC Sprain	10/26	Week 10	10/26: Also has a week 9 bye. Looked to be mild but did knock him out of the game in early 3rd. Hopefully can return week 10.
Isiah Pacheco	KC	Right MCL Sprain	10/27	Week 10-12	10/29: Deemed Week to Week, most likely out week 9 but I always have a hard time ruling him out because he plays through injuries. Monitor practice status, he could surprise us. But again, most likely out for week 9. MCL took a lot of force on the hit.
Aaron Jones	MIN	AC Sprain	11/2	Week 10-11	11/2: Sounds mild, has a chance to play next week.
Samaje Perine	CIN	High Ankle Sprain	11/2	Week 11-13	11/2: Looked like a multi-week injury. Ruled out after injury.

Mike Evans	TB	Right Clavicle	10/20	Week 15-18	10/20: Evans confirmed fractured clavicle and will most majority of the rest of the season. 6-8 week timetable but conservatively prepare for minimum of 8 weeks for return for now.
Jalen McMillan	TB	Neck	8/17	TBD	10/10: Still in a neck brace. Likely a long ways out. Still hopes to play this season.
Ricky Pearsall	SF	PCL Sprain	9/28	Week 10-11	10/16: Still DNPx2, unable to practice yet. John Lynch's comments make it sound like he is still weeks away.
Cedric Tillman	CLE	Hamstring	9/28	Week 10	10/3: Tillman placed on IR. CLE has a week 9 bye. Stash Isaiah Bond if he's available.
Terry McLaurin	WAS	Quad/Hip	9/21, 10/27	Week 13-15	10/29: Aggravated the "quad" injury MNF but told media that he is fine. Now ruled out Wk9. Wk12 bye. Likely multi-week absence after aggravating it. Risk of short term IR or evaluate post bye.
Chris Godwin	TB	Fibula	2024	Week 10-12	10/16: Deemed week to week. Most likely returns after their bye.
Puka Nacua	LAR	Chest/Ribs	11/2	Week 10-12	11/2: Chest/Ribs tend to swell post-game. Could miss time. Practice status will be key. Pain dependent.
Calvin Ridley	TEN	Hamstring	10/12	Week 11-12	10/25: ruled out. Still week to week. Chimere Dike flex worthy.
Travis Hunter	JAC	Knee	10/30	Week 13-18	11/2: reports indicate ACL believed to be intact. My guess is meniscus that may or may not require surgery. Need more details. On IR.
Brian Thomas Jr.	JAC	Left High Ankle	11/2	Week 11-13	11/2: appeared to suffer high ankle sprain, attempted to return but was in a lot of pain pushing off/cutting. Unable to finish game. Typically multi-week injuries if truly high ankle.
Dyami Brown	JAC	Concussion	11/2	Week 11	11/2: Likely misses 1 game. Parker Washington needs to be rostered.
Marvin Mims	DEN	Concussion	10/26	Week 10-11	11/2: Notably, DEN plays on Thursday night. Could make it difficult to clear concussion protocol on a short week, but it's possible.
Kayson Boutte	NE	Hamstring	11/2	Week 11-13	11/2: On average miss 2-3 weeks, possibly longer depending on severity
Matthew Golden	GB	Shoulder	11/2	Week 10-12	11/2: need more information on severity and involvement, but he was unable to finish the game.
Cooper Kupp	SEA	Hamstring	10/30	Week 10-12	11/2: Suffered injury on Thursday in practice, missed week 9. Typically these are multi-week absences, does have a concerning past history of hamstring plus nerve involvement.

Mike Gesicki	CIN	Pec	10/12	Week 12-17	10/15: Placed on IR but no word on surgery. Might not be season-ending but could cost him anywhere from 5-10 weeks. Need more information.
Darren Waller	MIA	Pec	10/19	Week 13	10/25: placed on IR. Greg Dulcich to take his place.
Cole Kmet	CHI	Concussion	11/2	Week 11	11/2: Typically miss at least 1 week. Loveland SZN continues
Tucker Kraft	GB	Right MCL, ACL	11/2	TBD	11/2: via video, concern for MCL as primary, possibly ACL as well due to angle of tibia and force of valgus. Does not sound good from initial reports. MRI to confirm tomorrow.
