Terrance Ferguson

Ferguson is essentially a camp projection play at this point. His 2025 role was nearly nonexistent—11 receptions on 25 targets in 13 games—but three things stand out in the limited data. First, he scored three touchdowns on those 11 receptions, a one-in-3.7 TD rate that suggests the Rams were already identifying him as a red zone option. Second, his average depth of target was 18.3 yards, which was one of the highest among tight ends in the league, so the Rams have already deployed him as a vertical weapon rather than a conventional check-down TE. He's reportedly having a great camp and terms like "de facto WR3" are being thrown around. If Ferguson can beat out Colby Parkinson and Tyler Higbee, then he'll inherit a proven role in an offense that actively involves the tight end in the passing game. He's going as the TE25, which costs almost nothing in any draft format. The sample is too small to trust the advanced stats, but the physical profile, the camp buzz, and the TD efficiency in limited use make Ferguson a worthwhile late-round flier.
