NFL Week 5 Props + $1000 GIVEAWAY
Blickle came on the Saturday Update show and helped collab on a +1550 Underdog entry. If it wins, I’m giving ONE LUCKY PERSON $1000!!!!
BLICKLE’S FAV PROP
-
Carnell Tate (TEN vs. HOU) — Higher than 18.5 Longest Reception: Tate’s high average depth of target makes him a prime target against a Houston defense struggling with explosive pass rates to outside wide receivers.
MAYO’S FAV PROP
-
Alvin Kamara (NO vs. MIN) — Lower than 10.5 Longest Rush: Fading Kamara’s explosive rush equity against a stout Minnesota front that limits big run plays. Kamara has only cleared this number twice in his past nine games, and now gets the combo of banged up O-Line vs the best run defense. Pray he doesn’t get a draw on 3rd-and-27.
REST OF PROPS
-
Marvin Mims (DEN @ LAC) — Higher than 24.5 Receiving Yards (and laddered up): Stepping into a larger downfield role following Pat Bryant going on IR, Mims offers immense ceiling on schemed deep routes. Worth a ladder too. 60+ yards is +900 right now.
-
Demario Douglas (NE vs. LV) — Higher than 24.5 Receiving Yards: Given a severely depleted New England pass-catching corps (with AJ Brown and Mac Hollins sidelined), Douglas serves as the steadiest safety blanket on the roster.
-
Jacoby Brissett (CLE @ NYJ) — Higher than 2.5 Rushing Attempts: Driven heavily by quarterback sneaks and safe rushing floor opportunities, Brissett clears this baseline consistently. He’s gone over the number in 10 of his past 13 starts, and the Lions pressure rate should accelerate Brissett’s scrambling.
PLAY THE PME BOOSTED PARLAY AT COOLBET RIGHT NOW!!!!
-
Dalton Schultz (HOU @ TEN) — Lower than 3.5 Receptions: With Nico Collins back in the lineup and in a tougher matchup context compared to his outlier Cincinnati game. Schultz’s volume is expected to regress. As it does whenever Collins is active.
-
Keaton Mitchell (LAC vs. DEN) — Higher than 2.5 Targets: With the Chargers missing key wide receiver depth (including Quentin Johnston and maybe even Ladd McConkey), Mitchell is dialed in for manufactured touches and high-leverage passing game work. This can be laddered to over 4.5 targets on Underdog FYI.
-
Braylon Allen (NYJ vs. CLE) — Higher than 16.5 Rushing Attempts: Positioned for a heavy workload as a primary volume back in an expected favorable script game and poor throwing conditions against Cleveland.
If you comment your favorite prop in the video or audio podcast on the show (and it wins!), you’ll get into a $1000 draw if this Underdog entry wins. Also, you can play along with us here too!

RECAP
Dohnte Meyers was shaping up to be the cheap WR most were plugging in to make all the DET/ARZ high-priced options work in a lineup, but it now looks like Chase and Higgins may return against Miami. If both (or even one) sit, then Meyers is a fine play and would now come with decreased ownership, as most have moved on to Roman Wilson and/or Tre Harris as the cheap WR options. Mike Washington is doing a lot of heavy lifting in lineups now, too, if Jeanty sits. No need for my galaxy brain pivot to Mitch Tinsley if both the Cincy starters play, either.
Personally, I’m firmly against the cheap WR chalk, so Wilson and Harris are no-gos for me. If I need to save the money, I’ll be looking at:
if I need those salary savings.
