Draft Note by John Paulsen
Tory Horton missed most of the 2024 season with a knee injury, but the 6'3" rookie boasts strong prospect credentials, including a 96-1,136-8 junior campaign and a blazing 4.41 forty that helped earn him an 87th-percentile speed score. Matt Harmon of Reception Perception labeled him a “high-quality wideout” and “the best true sleeper receiver” of the 2025 draft class. Horton landed in a favorable spot with Seattle, where target competition is relatively thin behind Jaxon Smith-Njigba and an aging Cooper Kupp. If he stays healthy and earns early playing time, Horton has the tools to be a productive outside threat as a rookie.
