Michael Wilson will likely be the third option behind Marvin Harrison Jr. and Trey McBride, but there was a lot to like about his rookie season. He caught 38 passes for 565 yards and three scores, and played at a 740-yard pace. His yards per route run (1.36) were middle of the pack among the receivers in their first three seasons with at least 35 targets. If he can stay healthy, he should be able to produce 700+ yards and 4-6 touchdowns alongside Harrison and McBride.

When the Cardinals signed veteran Zay Jones in the off-season, it created competition for second-year receiver Michael Wilson. But Wilson ran with the starters and led that group with three receptions. He is aiming to build off a rookie season in which he had 38 catches and 565 yards on 58 targets

Fantasy Impact:

Tight end Trey McBride and rookie WR Marvin Harrison Jr. are likely to absorb most of the Cardinals' target share, but if Wilson is playing over Jones, there still might be enough left to make him fantasy relevant. He is currently ranked as the WR60 on 4for4.

Week 16 at Chicago Bears

Michael Wilson returned to action last week against the 49ers, but was held catchless on just three targets. While there’s potential for increased targets with Marquise Brown struggling with a heel injury, the Cardinals simply haven’t provided fantasy points at the wide receiver position with any kind of consistency this season. Fantasy managers should steer clear and the only Arizona pass-catcher worth starting is tight end Trey McBride.
