2026 ONE AND DONE CONTEST
As a heads up, the Race for the Mayo Cup 2026 is OPEN FOR BUSINESS!!!!!! It starts in January per usual, but there’s now $1.2M guaranteed in the prize pool. The top 750 get paid, and just look at this glorious, flat payout structure. Everyone inside the Top 20 will win at least $10,000, with $110,000 to the winner.
The Sentry has been cancelled this year, so there won’t be a tournament to remind you to sign up for the following week. So, just reserve your spot right now so as not to forget.
Tambo and I always mention how we get our dad’s entries for Christmas (since buying for a Dad is basically impossible), I highly recommend that move.

WEEK 12 GAME BY GAME NOTES
PIT/CHI: Both running backs got there in this game, and they get the
leaky Bills on Sunday afternoon this week. I don’t think they do it
consistently in this Arthur Smith boring system, but for one more
week? Why not? ... DJ Moore scored twice, and this offense remains one
of the more difficult to project. The carries went to Monangai (12-8
over Swift) Odunze had just three catches. This is a good offense,
but not one we can ever feel great about in terms of single fantasy
assets.
NE/CIN: Terrell Jennings fails to punch in a short TD, so Mike Vrabel
decides he has a better idea: Rhamondre Stevenson needs three door-tep
carries. He fails on them all. The TreVeyon Henderson stans had the
right process, but man is this Pats staff stubborn ... Chase Brown is
the star we thought he was this preseason. If his ADP drops at all
entering 2026, I’m going to be overweight in shares.
NYG/DET: Wan’Dale Robinson entered Sunday with one game where he had 3
catches of 25+ yards. He did it in the first half because, Jameis ...
Jamhyr Gibbs is going to be in the 1.01 conversation in August, and we
still have no idea if Jameson Williams is anything more than a gadget
guy with a great publicist.
MIN/GB: Justin Jefferson has accounted for 94 of 136 first-half
passing yards over the past two weeks. The J.J. McCarthy experience may
be a bit of a ride, but the Kevin O’Connell script is clear ... Josh
Jacobs may have been out, but you wouldn’t know it by the game plan.
Green Bay might be hiding Jordan Love in a way that makes me feel iffy
about them long-term, but it worked if you streamed Emanuel Wilson
(twice as many carries through three quarters as Love had
completions).
SEA/TEN: JSN has over 1,300 receiving yards, the third time a receiver
has done that at this point in the season during the 2000’s (the
others: Julio Jones in 2018 and Tyreek Hill in 2023) ... The Titans
battled, but did it matter for us? Nope. The running game remains a
mess, though the two of them combined for 10 targets, while Chimere
Dike is a dart throw at best (TD on Sunday and the punt return, but
seven Titans caught multiple passes).
IND/KC: The Dimes profile is on thin ice at best (5.8 YPA), but there
is some life here because of the condensed nature of his targets (15
of 31 went to Tyler Warren or Michael Pittman) ... The Chiefs saved
their season in a game where Xavier Worthy earned eight targets. Four
for 59 isn’t exactly great, but it’s a tiny step in the right
direction, and the result of the game might give it some staying power.
NYJ/BAL: Breece Hall is doing what he can. None of his 16 carries
picked up more than 9 yards, but he reached double-digit PPR points as
a pass catcher in two of his past three ... Lamar Jackson is doing all
that is required and literally nothing more. One passing TD over his
past three games, under 15 rushing yards in three of four. Good for
Baltimore, bad for us.
CLE/LV: Three long competitions (by three different players)
essentially accounted for everything in this game for Cleveland: there
still isn’t one that I’m remotely close to starting ... Ashton
Jeanty’s counting stats aren’t going to be great when the season ends,
but with his spike in passing game work, there’s a real chance we see
an overcorrection this summer.
JAX/ARI: Brenton Strange comes back and makes a few chunk plays: he
might be the Jaguar pass catcher most likely to hit your starting
lineup at this point ... Every Michael Wilson big play makes it more
difficult to see Marvin Harrison putting up Top 20 numbers when he
returns. Wilson isn’t going to go away, and do we really think that
this offense can (consistently) support three pass catchers AND a run
game that will improve with Trey Benson back?
PHI/DAL: A.J. Brown got the early touchdown, and DeVonta Smith the chunk
play. I’ve given up in hoping that this team is going to put together
four good offensive quarters, so you take the production where you can
get it. Barkley wasn’t good, but he was schemed up some looks in the
passing game, and that helps. A little ... Jake Ferguson has been
underwhelming in the yardage department since Week 4, and they went to
something known as a Brevyn Spann-Ford for the TE score. Ferguson is a
fantasy starter, but he’s nowhere near the threat to the top tier that
he looked to be in the early going.
ATL/NO: Better late than never, but never late is better. MOONEY TUNES
gets there with the deep shot in the fourth quarter, and he could
retain some uncomfortable value the rest of the wa ... It’s hard
to imagine the Saints being any worse in scoring position than they
were yesterday. They tried to get Taysom Hill his TD and given his
price in DFS, he’s not far from providing serious value.
TB/LAR: Baker hurt, Godwin back: this could be a bumpy end to what has
been a strong rookie season for Emeka Egbuka ... Davante Adams ties
for the most receiving TDs in a season inside the five-yard line since
2000. We still have one-third of the season to play!
