49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel left Sunday’s game against the Seahawks with a hamstring injury.

Samuel was injured one of the 49ers’ turnovers in the third quarter and was quickly ruled out. He was in obvious pain on the bench. The hits just keep on coming for the 49ers, who have struggled on offense in Seattle, despite scoring two touchdowns. Mike Evans is still leading the charge and Brandin Cooks is among those also mixing into the offense.

The Texans are acquiring WR Marvin Harrison Jr. from the Cardinals.

The Cardinals are getting a 2nd and 6th-round picks in 2027 in return while also sending a 7th to Houston. The mystery is over. It was reported that Harrison was being traded but the team was never revealed, perhaps as a way to drive up the price for other teams. Still, getting a 2nd-round pick in what should be a strong 2027 class for Harrison is a win for Arizona. Harrison now gets a chance to rejuvenate his career in Houston with C.J. Stroud now as his quarterback, reuniting from their Ohio State days together. The emergence of Michael Wilson also helped.

Browns WR KC Concepcion left Sunday’s game against the Jets with a head injury.

Concepcion took a helmet-to-helmet hit from Jets safety Minkah Fitzpatrick. He did walk to the locker room under his own power. Jerry Jeudy and Isaiah Bond will see more work in the absence of Concepcion.

The Packers placed RB Chris Brooks on injured reserve with an ankle injury.

The Packers signed Pierre Strong Jr. on Thursday, so the backfield is still pretty crowded in Green Bay, with Strong, Kaleb Johnson and Marshawn Lloyd. The offensive line also continues to be a work in progress. For Week 5, we have Lloyd and Johnson as top-40 options at running back -- Lloyd at RB31, Johnson at RB37 -- while Strong checks in as RB75.

The Cardinals are finalizing a deal to trade WR Marvin Harrison Jr. and he will be inactive Sunday against the Lions as the team completes the deal.

No team was given as to where he will be going, but he will be going somewhere. He just won’t be playing in Week 5. The former No. 4 overall pick never gained full traction in Arizona and did not live up to his lofty expectations. It will be interesting to see where he is heading and what Arizona will receive in return. As for the Cardinals, Michael Wilson truly is the main man in the passing game, as if he wasn’t already. Kendrick Bourne, Semi Fehoko and Jalen Brooks are the other options on the outside plus Trey McBride at tight end.

Justin Jefferson (ankle) and Jordan Addison (hamstring) are questionable for Sunday after limited practices Friday. Kevin O’Connell said the team will evaluate both before deciding whether to elevate Odell Beckham Jr. from the practice squad.

Related Players: Jauan Jennings, Tai Felton, Myles Price, Odell Beckham Jr., T.J. Hockenson, Kyler Murray, Aaron Jones

Start Jefferson if cleared; Addison would have WR2 appeal and additional upside if Jefferson sits. Hockenson remains a strong TE1 and could become the offense’s primary receiving option if both WRs miss. Jennings would move into deeper-league FLEX consideration, with Felton and Price more speculative. Beckham would need an elevation and a defined role before becoming a starting option. Murray’s ceiling drops substantially if both receivers are unavailable.

Lamar Jackson (ankle) is out for Sunday night’s game in Atlanta, and Tyler Huntley will start. Zay Flowers (foot) is questionable after practicing without a full session this week.

Related Players: Rashod Bateman, Ja’Kobi Lane, Devontez Walker, Mark Andrews, Derrick Henry, Justice Hill

Huntley is a superflex replacement whose rushing offers a usable floor. Flowers would remain a WR2 option if active, but managers need a Sunday-night or Monday fallback. If Flowers also misses, Andrews becomes Baltimore’s most appealing receiving option. Bateman would enter deeper-league FLEX consideration, while Lane and Walker remain speculative. Henry remains startable despite the offense’s reduced scoring ceiling.

Quentin Johnston (chest) and Brenen Thompson (quad) are out Sunday. Ladd McConkey (foot) is questionable after missing all three practices. The Chargers also ruled out Joe Alt and Trevor Penning and placed Rashawn Slater on injured reserve.

Related Players: Tre’ Harris, Derius Davis, Marquez Valdes-Scantling, Oronde Gadsden, Charlie Kolar, Justin Herbert, Omarion Hampton, Keaton Mitchell

Harris becomes a viable WR3/FLEX and could reach WR2 volume if McConkey also sits. Gadsden gains streaming appeal, while Davis and Valdes-Scantling remain deeper-league options. Herbert’s missing receivers and depleted protection make him difficult to trust outside Superflex leagues. Hampton could receive more touches, but the offensive line injuries limit how confidently managers can chase that volume.

Kyle Monangai is out against Green Bay with a toe injury. Ben Johnson described him as week-to-week and said he is seeing a specialist. D’Andre Swift practiced fully Friday and has no injury designation.

Related Players: Roschon Johnson, Tyson Bagent

Swift now has RB1 upside with Monangai’s carries available and his own injuries cleared. Roschon moves into the backup role and becomes a worthwhile deep-league pickup, though Swift remains the clear starting choice. Keep Monangai rostered; the week-to-week assessment leaves his return date uncertain.

Breece Hall, Adonai Mitchell, Dylan Parham and Kiko Mauigoa are out for Sunday

Related Players: Braelon Allen, Isaiah Davis, Garrett Wilson, Isaiah Williams, Sterling Shepard, Kenyon Sadiq, Jeremy Ruckert, Geno Smith

Allen becomes an RB2 option with Hall unavailable, while Davis is a deep-league contingency if the backfield workload is split. Wilson remains the clear receiving priority and a strong start. Mitchell’s absence gives Isaiah Williams a path to more targets and FLEX consideration in deeper PPR leagues. Sadiq gains streaming appeal, while Shepard and Ruckert remain speculative options.
