Forgotten moment from yesterday in the aftermath of the worst loss in franchise history: Jaguars WR Gabe Davis left the locker room on crutches with his left leg in a brace. Suffered a knee injury during the game against Lions.

UPDATE: It's been reported Davis has a torn meniscus. It hasn't yet been determined if Davis will need a trim or a full repair, according to reports. Pro Football Talk reports Davis would be done for the season needing a full repair. However, with the Jags at 2-9 and coming off a horrible loss to the Lions, there is really no need to bring Davis back. It looks like Thomas will remain the team's top target at WR but with Kirk and Davis now potentially done for the year, Washington moves up the depth chart.

49ers TE George Kittle is not expected to play Sunday against the Seahawks with a hamstring injury.

The team will test Kittle in pre-game but signs are pointing towards him not playing. Kittle is currently expected to return in Week 12 against the Packers. if Kittle can't go, Eric Saubert would get the start at tight end.

The Jaguars ruled out QB Trevor Lawrence and RB Tank Bigsby for Sunday's game at Detroit.

We already knew Mac Jones was declared the starter, but Bigsby being out gives a boost to Etienne. That said, he's still a borderline RB2/3 in a bad offense, in a bad matchup.

Jaguars QB Trevor Lawrence (shoulder) is out again this week, per coach Doug Pederson. Mac Jones starts again at Detroit.

In Mac Jones' first start, the Jaguars managed only 7 points while the quarterback took 22 pass attempts to reach a 111-0-2 stat line. This is a downgrade to all Jaguars pass-catchers, while Jones is unplayable in fantasy lineups.

After the game, coach Kyle Shanahan said that, from this point forward, Jauan Jennings will be playing the high-profile X-receiver position that Brandon Aiyuk manned before his season-ending knee injury.

Jennings responded with a team-high 93 receiving yards, including 36 yards after the catch, the story pointed out. His 13-yard catch-and-run at the end of the game set up the game-winning field goal. Pearsall, meanwhile, finished second on the team with 73 receiving yards. Jennings played a 58 snaps at WR to lead all the 49ers at the position. Samuel had 48 snaps and Pearsall 41.

Shanahan said George Kittle emerged from the game with “hamstring irritation” that will be monitored throughout the week.

Kittle had just three catches, but each was significant, the story said. Owners will want to monitor this as Kittle has been among the top fantasy TEs this season. The 49ers host the Seahawks in a key division game in the later Sunday window in Week 11.

The 49ers officially activated RB Christian McCaffrey from injured reserve Saturday.

McCaffrey will make his season debut Sunday against the Buccaneers after dealing with Achilles tendinitis since the preseason. McCaffrey isn't quite at the top of the board just yet, but he does slide into the top 10 among running backs this week against a middle-of-the-pack rush defense in Tampa Bay.

Todd Bowles said Mike Evans is the only player ruled out — Greg Gaines and Jalen McMillan are the biggest question marks for Sunday vs. 49ers.

This wide receiver room is on the tipping point of being one of the worst in the league, so hopefully we see McMillan cleared in time. Outside of him, Cotton remains the only pass-catcher we can play with any certainty.

Doug Pederson said it’s trending to Trevor Lawrence not playing Sunday vs. Vikings and Mac Jones would start in his place.

With Lawrence possibly needing surgery (and not playing that well, to boot), Jones can be considered a potential stash for the rest of the season, though that's only appealing in Superflex/2QB leagues.
