The Eagles downgraded WR A.J. Brown’s status for Week 4 against the Buccaneers to out with a hamstring injury.

Brown has missed the last two games and will now miss a third straight game with his injury. The Eagles elevated a pair of wide receivers, Parris Campbell and John Ross, from the practice squad for Sunday’s game against the Buccaneers. It will be those two and Jahan Dotson as the main wide receivers with Brown and DeVonta Smith (concussion). Tight end Dallas Goedert may be the biggest beneficiary.

Things have gotten thin in Philadelphia, and they may have no choice but to try and get Goedert to repeat his 10-170-0 stat line from last week. It's probably best to skip the ancillary wide receivers here and just fire Saquon Barkley and Goedert everywhere you can.

The Chiefs have signed RB Kareem Hunt to their 53-man roster and waived RB Keontay Ingraham.

So, Hunt now figures into the RB rotation alongside Carson Steele and Samaje Perine.

Owners of any of the three RBs may have to take a wait-and-see approach as we head into Week 4. It seems like Hunt could end up eating into Steele's workload the most, but it all remains to be seen. Steele led the way in Week 3 with 17 carries to Perine's 6. Perine did have three receptions. But, It seems like Hunt could eat into any of those touches. Steele seems like the safest play among the three until we see more. The Chiefs are at the Chargers in Week 4.

Philadelphia has placed receiver Britain Covey on injured reserve after he suffered a shoulder injury during Sunday’s win over New Orleans.

Covey had to exit the game in the first half and was unable to return. He has caught seven passes for 34 yards so far this season. He’s also returned one punt for 9 yards.

Normally this may not be big news but the Eagles were involving Covey over the last two weeks before his injury. The other reason to pay attention is Brown is dealing with a hamstring issue and is in question for Week 4 - as is Smith who is in concussion protocol. That leaves Dotson, Wilson and Campbell as - possibly - the Eagles top-three WRs heading into Week 4. Even if that's the case, look for Goedert and Barkley to be heavily involved against the Bucs. Brown does have a chance to play but it's another situation to monitor this week.

Eagles WR DeVonta Smith went to the locker room for a potential head injury.

Smith took a hard shot after a pass in the fourth quarter, a play that arguably should have been blown dead due to forward progress. Smith was able to walk under his own power. Smith had 79 yards on seven catches before leaving.

Eagles are listing WR A.J. Brown as officially out for Sunday’s game versus the Saints.

With Brown ruled out, Smith is once again locked into a WR1 role here in Week 3. Dotson and Covey can be left off fantasy lineups, as the former earned only one target last week, while the latter was nothing more than a dump-off option, earning a 1.4 aDOT on six targets.

Chiefs head coach Andy Reid says Kareem Hunt will not be activated for the Falcons. Reid adds that both left tackles, Kingsley Suamataia and Wanya Morris, will see time in Atlanta.

#Eagles coach Nick Sirianni said CJ Gardner-Johnson “tweaked something” on Wednesday. As per usual, he wouldn’t rule him or A.J. Brown out for Sunday yet.

Hunt is now 29 so it remains to be seen just what he has left in the tank. But, he is familiar with the Chiefs offense, so there could be some opportunity to play sooner than later. It could come down to just how successful the Chiefs will be at RB with Steele and Perine, who could also be free agents this week in your league. Steel and Perine will get the first chances, but Hunt could at least be a deeper league stash if you can't claim Steele or Perine.
