Tucker Kraft was walking a little gingerly, but he made his way onto the field to congratulate Jordan Love for his TD sneak. Kraft was still on the sideline, so Love took it himself to give #Packers a 17-0 lead.

Reports say Kraft took a hit to his thigh with his foot planted that seemed to affect his knee. Kraft missed a drive but was back on the field and finished with a 5-37-0 line on eight targets. It was great news he returned but may be worth monitoring this week in practice reports.

The Bears are expected to start Caleb Williams at quarterback Sunday against the Falcons.

Williams missed three games with a hamstring injury, but took the starter reps in practice this week and is ready to make his return to the lineup. The Bears got up and down play while Williams was out, though Case Keenum more than held his own against the Eagles in Week 3. Williams is our QB7 this week.

The Eagles are placing QB Jalen Hurts (blood clots) on injured reserve.

This is ultimately the best move for Hurts and the Eagles. The most important thing for Hurts right now is to take care of his superficial blood clot in his calf. The Eagles discussed this with numerous doctors and experts and ultimately came to what was the best decision for all parties involved. This is about more than football right now for Hurts. It is unclear how long Hurts will be out for, but again, the important thing here is that he getting treatment and the Eagles believe this is treatable. As for the Eagles on the field, Tanner McKee will take over as the starting quarterback, beginning Sunday against the Panthers.

Steelers WR DK Metcalf (illness) was removed from the injury Saturday and is good to go for Sunday against the Buccaneers.

It was a good news, bad news deal for the Steelers, as they also added TE Pat Freiermuth to the injury report with a calf injury. As for Metcalf, the Steelers are fortunate to have him ready to go, as they've placed two wide receivers (Michael Pittman Jr., Roman Wilson) on injured reserve in the last week or so. Metcalf and Germie Bernard will lead the passing attack against Tampa Bay. In our half-PPR rankings, Metcalf is WR24, Bernard is WR31.

Steelers TE Pat Freiermuth was added to the injury report Saturday with a calf injury and is questionable for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers.

Late adds to the injury report are always tricky, especially with an injury such as a calf muscle. The Steelers kick off in the early window Sunday, so we'll know by late Sunday morning if Freiermuth is active. If not, it could be Darnell Washington seeing more looks over the middle. Freiermuth is currently sitting as TE12 on our half-PPR board this week.

Commanders RB Jacory Croskey-Merritt was not seen at practice during the open media portion and he will reportedly miss Monday’s game against the 49ers.

JCM has not practiced all week with a groin injury, an injury that has bothered him all season. Rachaad White and Austin Ekeler are the next two backs up, though Ekeler has been wearing a black, non-contact jersey in practice. If JCM does miss Monday, he’ll have an extra week of rest, as Washington has their bye next week.

The Patriots are likely to activate WR A.J. Brown from injured reserve Saturday and set him up to play Sunday against the Jets.

Brown has been out since suffering a high-ankle sprain in the season opener against the Seahawks. The Patriots opened his practice window this week to return from injured reserve. Fortunately for the Patriots, that wait won’t last long. Brown is officially listed as questionable for Sunday, but activating him on injured reserve would be a strong sign that he will return on Sunday. With Drake Maye back on a hot streak, Brown would return to be a highly viable fantasy option against the Jets.

Chicago listed Caleb Williams questionable for Sunday’s game against Atlanta after another full practice Friday. Williams is working back from a hamstring injury and has not been confirmed as the starter. Kyle Monangai was ruled out with thumb and toe injuries.

Related Players: Tyson Bagent, Case Keenum, D’Andre Swift, Roschon Johnson, Luther Burden, Rome Odunze, Kalif Raymond, Zavion Thomas, Colston Loveland, Cole Kmet

Williams would return to QB1 consideration if cleared, but managers need a backup until Chicago confirms his availability. His return would also improve the outlook for Burden, Odunze, and Loveland. Monangai’s absence strengthens Swift’s RB2 appeal and creates a path to a larger workload. Johnson is a deeper FLEX possibility, with his value depending on how Chicago divides the remaining touches.

Kansas City ruled Rashee Rice out for Sunday’s game against the Chargers with hamstring and knee injuries. Rice did not practice this week.

Related Players: Xavier Worthy, Jalen Royals, Cyrus Allen, Travis Kelce, Noah Gray, Jake Briningstool, Patrick Mahomes, Kenneth Walker

Worthy becomes a stronger WR2/WR3 play with Rice’s targets available, while Kelce remains a clear TE1. Royals and Allen enter deeper-league FLEX consideration, but neither is assured a large enough share to become a comfortable starter. Mahomes remains usable, although losing Rice makes Kansas City more dependent on its remaining playmakers.

DeVonta Smith and Dontayvion Wicks practiced fully Friday and carry no injury designation against Carolina.

Related Players: Hollywood Brown, Makai Lemon, Darius Cooper, Elijah Moore, Dallas Goedert, Zach Ertz, Tanner McKee

Smith offers WR3 value with WR2 upside if he resumes his usual role, although McKee’s first start adds uncertainty. Wicks becomes a more volatile FLEX with Smith and Brown available to compete for targets. Lemon, Cooper and Brown are difficult to trust in standard-sized leagues with the receiving room healthier. Goedert remains a reasonable tight end streaming option.
