He’s day to day with the hamstring injury. The tweet went on to say it's unclear right now if he will be back at practice this week, and his status for Week 5 is obviously up in the air. With Allen out last week, it was Williams, Everett and Ekeler who stepped up in the passing game. Everett and Ekeler had TD catches and Williams had a line of 7-120-0.

Titans first-round WR Treylon Burks, who left yesterday’s game with a foot injury, has been diagnosed with turf toe. No surgery is necessary, just rehab. But Burks will miss some time.

The Tennessee WR depth chart already looked suspect, and this won't help matters. It's good news that Burks will avoid IR, but clearly not a positive for his continued development. Robert Woods hasn't had quite the year that was forecasted in the preseason, but this could afford him an opportunity to demand a more significant workload.

Titans WR Treylon Burks suffered an apparent foot injury during Sunday's game against the Colts and was carted off the field.

Burks caught two passes for 14 yards before the injury. The hope is the cart was just precautionary but he is out for the rest of the game.

Offensive coordinator Todd Downing wants to get Treylon Burks more opportunities with the ball in his hands to take advantage of his yards after the catch ability.

Burks had just two targets in Week 3, while RB Derrick Henry had five. The good news is the story added Downing said Burks has been growing every week and generating confidence with the coaching staff because of how he's taken advantage of the opportunities that have come his way. The play-action pass across the middle that used to result in touchdowns for A.J. Brown are now earmarked for Burks. Ryan Tannehill called Burks a big, strong, physical receiver with great hands and good body control.

Michael Gallup could return slightly sooner than expected but he'll do so with Cooper Rush at the helm, and one would assume they will ease him back into the lineup.

Noah Brown has actually performed admirably in his chance as the team's WR2, ranking 17th in yards per route run (2.5 YPRR) amongst 60 qualifying wide receivers through two weeks. Regardless of who is behind him, CeeDee Lamb should be the focal point of the offense throughout the year.

WR Michael Gallup (ACL) will have “every opportunity” to get ready to play Monday vs. Giants, seeing full slate of practice reps this week.

Gallup has been trending toward an early return ever since the team didn't put him on the PUP list. After being inactive the first two weeks, Gallup appears to be heading toward playing in Week 3. He'll be a welcome return to the offense that has Cooper Rush at QB. Gallup should slide in as the team's WR2 behind Lamb, with Brown as the WR3. Gallup could be one some kind of pitch count his first week back, especially with Rush having a nice connection with Brown. Continue to stay updated on Gallup's status as the week goes on. Unfortunately for owners, Gallup and the Cowboys are at the Giants on Monday night.

Mike McCarthy said the hope is Michael Gallup (knee) can go from doing individual drills last week to some “group stuff,” this week. He wasn’t ready to say Gallup could play Sunday.

In all likelihood, Gallup will need at least another week before he gets into a game, the tweet went on to say. Brown should see an increased role again, but with Dak Prescott out and Cooper Rush in, the Cowboys offense likely takes a big step back in terms of fantasy production.

Jeff Wilson appeared in nine games last season after recovering from a torn meniscus in a knee. When he did play, he didn't look much like the player who led the team in rushing in 2020. Another year removed from that injury, Wilson appeared to be closer to his former self in training camp, though he managed just 22 yards on nine carries after replacing Mitchell at rain-soaked Soldier Field on Sunday.

"We've always been comfortable with Jeff, just because of his experience and what he has done here," Kyle Shanahan said. "We know what we're going to get."

What the Niners may not be comfortable with is what's behind Wilson at this point, though. Davis-Price is a rookie who was inactive in Week 1 behind undrafted rookie Mason. Mason played on special teams, however. The team signed Mack but he couldn't make the Texans roster. It's possible Samuel sees an uptick in rushes. The team seems like a Wilson injury away from a big problem at RB.

Chargers WR Keenan Allen is unlikely to play Thursday night against the Chiefs.

The tweet went on to say there is optimism after tests that his hamstring injury isn’t anything long-term, per sources. The Bolts Week 3 game is Sept. 25 against the Jaguars, two full weeks after the injury and the hope is there is a chance Allen will be ready to go for that contest. Allen led the way with a 4-66-0 line but Williams was pretty much a no-show. Carter posted a 3-64-1 line and Everett a 3-54-1 line. Palmer had three catches for just five years.

Interior offensive lineman joins Rondale Moore in the Out category, while veteran Zach Ertz is questionable heading into Sunday.

This doesn't look good for Kyler Murray coming out of the gate, going against an explosive Chiefs offense on the other sideline. Marquise Brown and A.J. Green may join James Conner as being the focal point of the Cardinals offense.
