Fantasy Football Week 11 Injury Report: Tuten A Breakout
The 2025 NFL Week 11 brought us a few injuries that will impact our fantasy teams. I will continue to update the injury tracker and post any updates as team reports come out. Be sure to bookmark the 4for4 2025 Injury Tracker for continuous weekly updates.
Aaron Rodgers, QB Pittsburgh Steelers
Injury: Left Wrist Fracture
Projected Timetable: TBD
Initial Thoughts:
Initial reports indicate he suffered a small fracture in a bone in his left wrist. The good news is that it's his left wrist, so missed time could be minimal even if he requires a minor surgical procedure, possibly 1-2 weeks. However, if the damage is more extensive, it could wind up being closer to 4-6 weeks. Need more intel on this one, which will likely come tomorrow after the team determines a course of action. There is also a chance that if it is small enough, they splint it and hope he can suit up within the next 1-2 weeks without surgery. Primary issue would be taking snaps, ball security, and if he were to land on his left wrist again.
Dillon Gabriel, QB Cleveland Browns
Injury: Concussion
Projected Timetable: Week 12-13
Initial Thoughts:
On average, players miss 1 week due to concussion protocol. If he is able to clear, it has already been announced that he would start, but he may find it hard to clear protocol in time.
Michael Penix, QB Atlanta Falcons
Injury: Knee Reinjury
Projected Timetable: TBD
Initial Thoughts:
After suffering a reinjury of his prior knee bone bruise, this one may wind up costing him another few weeks if not a short-term IR stint. I would plan on him missing a good chunk of time with Kirk Cousins taking over in the short term.
JK Dobbins, RB Denver Broncos
Injury: Lisfranc Surgery
Projected Timetable: 2026
Initial Thoughts:
News dropped on Saturday that Dobbins requires season-ending Lisfranc surgery. He will now be the first running back to attempt to overcome an ACL reconstruction, an Achilles repair, and a Lisfranc repair. Oddly enough, these Lisfranc surgeries typically come with low future reinjury concern and production dip, so if you were to acquire him for cheap it could pay off depending on who signs him next season. If the Broncos running backs do not perform well, it very well could lead to an extension in Denver, where he was performing pretty well. Risky but if cheap enough, try to get him thrown in to a deal.
Josh Jacobs, RB Green Bay Packers
Injury: Left Knee
Projected Timetable: Week 13-16
Initial Thoughts:
By video, I have some concern that this could be a PCL sprain, which comes with a tricky timeline as we have seen with multiple players already this season. Return depends on pain levels and knee stability for the player, hence the wide range of possible return. The good news is early reports indicate it is not a long term or serious injury, but that does not mean he will not miss a few weeks. Emanuel Wilson should be high on the waiver priority list this week. We will likely hear more on Monday after imaging is performed.
Bhayshul Tuten, RB Jacksonville Jaguars
Injury: Right Ankle
Projected Timetable: Week 12-13
Initial Thoughts:
By video and OL response, the injury appeared to be worse than it actually was considering Tuten was later spotted on the sideline with his helmet on presumably available to go in if called upon. He also spoke with media after the game and said his ankle feels good, though we have heard that from other players who have wound up missing time. While I do need more intel on this one, the initial signs seem positive towards a potential week 12 active status. In that case, he was showcasing a breakout game and actually leading the backfield right before his injury occurred.
De'Von Achane, RB Miami Dolphins
Injury: Back
Projected Timetable: Week 13
Initial Thoughts:
The Dolphins have a week 12 bye and Achane was able to return to the game after getting bent awkwardly on a tackle, but I have learned to still place these kinds of injuries on here just in case. Most likely, he will be fine for week 13, but sometimes back injuries can flare up after the game and cause issues. Thankfully he avoided a right groin or hip injury too, because the tackle put him in a risky position where injury could have occurred. Either way, it seems that they intend to get Ollie Gordon more involved, so he is likely worth the stash through the bye week anyways if available.
Emari Demercado, RB Arizona Cardinals
Injury: Ankle Sprain
Projected Timetable: Week 12-14
Initial Thoughts:
He has unfortunately struggled with foot and now ankle injuries over the last few weeks, unable to return to this week's game due to this latest ankle sprain. Bam Knight took over once again after the injury, but it remains to be seen if Trey Benson is able to return next week. Monitor Arizona's practice status reports.
Jaylen Warren, RB Pittsburgh Steelers
Injury: Left Ankle Sprain
Projected Timetable: Week 12-13
Initial Thoughts:
Although he was able to return to the game, Kenneth Gainwell wound up producing and playing more after Warren's injury. Most likely, he will be able to suit up week 12 but monitor practice reports.
Calvin Ridley, WR Tennessee Titans
Injury: Fibula Fracture
Projected Timetable: Season-Ending
Initial Thoughts:
In incredibly unlucky fashion, Ridley fractured his fibula on his first catch since coming back from his hamstring strain. He will now undergo surgery and aim to return in 2026. Unfortunately for the Titans, Chimere Dike suffered a concussion and Elic Ayomanor suffered a hamstring strain, so they may wind up giving Xavier Restrepo his shot.
Drake London, WR Atlanta Falcons
Injury: Left Knee
Projected Timetable: Week 13-16
Initial Thoughts:
By video, concern for a left PCL sprain. He was ruled out quickly and was unable to return for the OT series. Similar notes here to Jacobs, return will depend on pain levels and knee stability. Hopefully he does not miss much time.
Sam LaPorta, TE Detroit Lions
Injury: Back Sprain
Projected Timetable: Week 15
Initial Thoughts:
Placed on IR on Saturday due to lumbar ligament sprains, LaPorta will now miss the next four weeks. Brock Wright did not replace him, but the team continued to funnel the offense through Amon-Ra St. Brown, Jameson Williams, and Jahmyr Gibbs. Hopefully LaPorta will be ready to return for fantasy playoffs.
Tyler Higbee, TE Los Angeles Rams
Injury: Ankle Sprain
Projected Timetable: Week 12-14
Initial Thoughts:
It seems like Higbee has dealt with 3-4 different injuries this season yet continues to play the following week. If he does miss time, it might finally give a bump to Terrance Ferguson. Monitor the Rams practice reports.
