nd yes, Jalen Coker is here too practicing for the #Panthers. Dave Canales said the WR was “on track” to play this week on Monday.

Continue to monitor but it looks like Coker will be good to go at the Eagles in a game that's in the early window on Sunday. Coker was off to a hot start in Weeks 1 and 2 before leaving in Week 3. He was out in Week 4 and then had the extra week over the bye in Week 5. It may be best to wait and see but Coker, had 9 targets each in Weeks 1 and 2, so it may be tempting to put him right back in lineups.

The Rams have completed at least one part of their evaluation of special teams.

According to a report from NFL Network, Los Angeles is releasing kicker Harrison Mevis and signing kicker Blake Grupe off of the Jets’ practice squad.

The story went on to say that in Monday night’s loss to the Bills, Mevis missed a field goal and had his 48-yard attempt to win the game in overtime blocked. He also missed a field goal against Philadelphia in Week 4 and one against the Giants in Week 2. Grupe lost his job with the Saints after missing several field goals in 2025. But he made all 11 of his field goals and all 10 of his extra points in five games with the Colts late in the year.

The Patriots are reportedly going to be without running back TreVeyon Henderson for the near future.

Henderson left New England’s win over the Raiders with an ankle injury and Adam Schefter of ESPN reports that it has been diagnosed as a high-ankle sprain. Henderson does not need surgery to address the injury, but he is expected to miss multiple weeks while he recovers.

Related players: Rhamondre Stevenson, Corey Kiner, Reggie Gilliam

Stevenson will be the clear RB1 and has posted two solid fantasy weeks recently, including rushing TDs in each week. Kiner had six carries for 52 yards last week but did fumble. He could see a similar workload with Henderson out for a while. While he may not have guaranteed flex appeal, he's potentially an injury away from much more significant role, so he may be worth a pickup in your league.

During his media availability, LaFleur said the Cardinals will have conversations on Tuesday about whether to make Carson Beck active against the Rams.

“If we think that’s what is best, [then that’s what we’ll do],” LaFleur said, via Darren Urban of the team website.

Related players: Jacoby Brissett, Gardner Minshew

We reported Monday the Cards are planning to stick with Brissett has their starter. He struggled in the first half before a great second half to finish with 292 yards passing and three TDs. As we said, the writing could be on the wall for Brissett as the Cards have no real reason to continue to play the veteran. The story mentioned Brissett is 2-15 as the starter, but in terms of fantasy, Brissett's been a nice option most weeks. At some point, however, a switch to Beck seems to be inevitable. But, Beck hasn't been active on game days. If that changes, Brissett fantasy owners may have to rethink inserting him in lineups, because if he struggles like he did in the first half this past week, and Beck is active, the Cards have more reasons than not to give Beck a chance.

The Bills will not have wide receiver D.J. Moore for Monday Night Football.

Moore is among the team’s inactives, sitting out after aggravating an AC sprain in his left shoulder.

Related players: Keon Coleman, Khalil Shakir, Greg Dortch, Skyler Bell, Dalton Kincaid, Dawson Knox

Coleman and Shakir likely operate as the top WR targets but the TEs could also get involved. There could be a lot of points scored in this contest.

Indications are one, if not both, DeVonta Smith and Saquon Barkley have a shot to return against the Panthers.

It will depend on how the practice week goes, of course. In Barkley's case, with Tank Bigsby and Will Shipley out, will the Eagles have to bring in more backs to fill a void? If they do at some point this week, it could be a sign Barkley isn't ready to go, so that's something to keep an eye on. The Eagles passing game has really struggled this season but would be boosted by the return of Smith.

Kyren Williams has emerged so much as a receiver that he’s this team’s de facto No. 3 option behind Puka Nacua and Davante Adams, with 21 catches for 173 yards.

Related players: Blake Corum, Matthew Stafford

The story went on to say between that and his immense value as a pass protector to keep a 38-year-old Stafford upright, the Rams feel challenged to give Williams 20-plus carries in a game. That's why Williams is averaging just over 13 carries a game. In Week 4 against the Eagles he collected 10 catches. Williams also had 16 carries in Week 4, which was a season high for him. Meanwhile Corum has just 11 carries over the past two weeks after getting 10 and 12 in Weeks 1 and 2. Ideally the Rams would like more of a balance with carries between their backs while Williams gets the edge catching passes. Owners are hoping Williams is in store for another big game on Monday night in what could bet a high-scoring affair against the Bills.

Dolphins coach Jeff Hafley says there's no thought of benching Malik Willis at this point.

"We've played five games, and Malik is our quarterback."

Related players: Kyle McCord

Furones went on to post Hafley did not rule out the possibility of other major, wholesale changes on the bye. He didn't want to say yes or no as things will continue to be evaluated over the idle week. McCord is the backup. The Dolphins have a bye in Week 6 but Willis seems like he should survive any changes even after the bye as McCord won't necessarily give the Dolphins a better chance.

Kellen Moore was asked directly whether Tyler Shough's hand is broken: "It got banged two weeks ago and he's just wearing some protective layers there."

Shough put up his first clunker of the season in Week 5 throwing for just 96 yards and two interceptions. He did throw for 286 and a TD in Week 4. It remains to be seen how this affects Shough when he's back in action for Week 6. Owners may want to temper expectations for now and hopefully we get more information about the injury.

There is optimism in Atlanta that QB Michael Penix Jr. (ribs) will be able to play Sunday against the Bears, sources tell The Athletic. Penix missed overtime last night as the injury worsened as he sat.

Related players: Tua Tagovailoa

Penix said after last night's game he didn't think the injury was serious or would be long term, which we cautioned against taking for certain. But it's good to see another report backing Penix's claim and it looks like he has a real chance to go in Week 6.
