Cowboys EVP Stephen Jones said on that CeeDee Lamb has a high ankle sprain.

The post went on to say Lamb said after the game yesterday that he’d be able to play next Sunday, but Jones made it sound like they’re gonna wait and see how the week goes before determining that. We all know by now we can't trust a player when it comes to his playing status. Lamb's ankle injury didn't look good, especially if you happened to see the still images on social media. But it's at least some good news that Lambs thinks he can play. However, owners should probably prepare to be without him at least for Week 4. The Cowboys play the Sunday night game at home against the Packers in Week 4.

Sixteen days ago, he wasn’t even on the team. On Sunday, rookie running back Quinshon Judkins made a major contribution to the Browns’ first win of the season.
In his first start, Judkins participated in 36 snaps. He had 19 touches. His 18 rushing attempts generated 94 yards, including Cleveland’s only touchdown of the day.
And look for more from Judkins in the coming games. “He’s a volume runner,” coach Kevin Stefanski said after the 13-10 stunner over the Packers. “Knew that he gets better with touches. He gets his first touchdown, which I’m excited for him, but he’s only going to get better.”
Related players: Dylan Sampson, Jerome Ford
Judkins continues to be under investigation by the league, resulting from a July 2025 domestic violence accusation for which he was arrested but not charged, the story said. It added, depending on the outcome of the probe, Judkins could face a suspension. Stefanski's comments seem to make it clear Judkins in the team's RB1. The numbers suggest it as well as Sampson was the only other back to get a carry, and he had just one. Judkins did have a catch while Ford caught four balls.

While Bucs coach Todd Bowles said the team does not have MRI results for star WR Mike Evans, he termed the injury as "low-grade" based on the initial diagnosis.
Related players: Emeka Egbuka, Sterling Shepard, Ryan Miller, Tez Johnson, Kameron Johnson, Cade Otton, Bucky Irving, Rashaad White
As Rapoport went on to say, it's a good sign the injury won't be a longer term one. Still, Evans doesn't seem likely to play in Week 4 against the Eagles, in what is an earlier Sunday game. With Egbuka also battling an injury coming into Week 3, and Godwin projected to miss another week or two, the Bucs are suddenly a bit shorthanded at the WR position. Egbuka did play in Week 3 and led the team with six catches and 85 yards, so he should be good to go at least. But behind him it's possible Irving, White, and Otton see increased work in the passing game. At WR, Shepard and Miller look to be the next men up.

Giants RB Tyrone Tracy dislocated his shoulder in the first half of Sunday night's loss to the Chiefs and is expected to miss some time, per sources.
Related players: Devin Singletary, Cam Skattebo
Tracy had seven carries for 29 yards prior to injury. Skattebo carried 10 times for 60 yards, but also led the team with six receptions for 61 yards. It looks like he'll be the back to own in this Giants offense, but he'll also be a risky play. The workload should be there, however.

In the first two weeks of the season, Jaguars No. 2 overall pick Travis Hunter played more offensive snaps than defensive snaps.
That trend flipped in Jacksonville’s Week 3 victory over Houston.
Hunter was on the field for 37 offensive snaps (53 percent) and 43 defensive snaps (68 percent).
Related players: Brian Thomas Jr., Dyami Brown, Parker Washington
He’s now played 59 percent of Jacksonville’s offensive snaps this year and 47 percent of defensive snaps, plus four percent of special teams snaps, the story said. But the more concerning news is his usage. He had one pass for 21 yards on two targets in Week 3. He had eight targets in Week 2. Hunter has 10 receptions for 76 yards, with only two of his catches resulting in first downs this season. He's now a huge question mark for fantasy lineups heading into Week 4.

Running back Rhamondre Stevenson had two of those fumbles, including one at the Steelers’ goal-line, and he has now coughed the ball up nine times since the start of the 2024 season. Head coach Mike Vrabel said that the Patriots need Stevenson to clean up that aspect of his game.
Related players: TreVeyon Henderson, Antonio Gibson
The story went on to say Stevenson’s goal-line fumble in the third quarter was the last time he touched the ball on Sunday and next Sunday’s backfield workload will be telling about how the Patriots plan to handle things for the rest of the year. Henderson led the team in carries with 11, but produced only 28 yards. Henderson's struggles in pass protection can be seen all over social media, which has led to Gibson being move involved. Gibson had seven carries. Both Stevenson and Henderson each caught three passes.

In the midst of a listless offensive performance in their home opener Sunday night against the Kansas City Chiefs, fans began calling for rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart in favor of starter Russell Wilson who just posted 450 passing yards the week prior.
“We want Dart,” fans began chanting as Wilson attempted to force the ball to star receiver Malik Nabers in the back corner of the end zone with 49 seconds left in the first half.
Dart played sparingly in the Giants’ 22-9 loss to the Chiefs on “Sunday Night Football,” entering for three snaps, and has yet to throw his first pass in the NFL.
The story said the Giants have a nightmare schedule upcoming, making it even more tricky to decide when Dart will play. The Giants host the Chargers in Week 4 before the Saints in Week 5. They then face the Eagles on a Thursday Night in Week 6 at home, before going to Denver in Week 7 and the Eagles again on the road in Week 8. The story went on to say some had speculated Dart could start against the Saints, although the rest of that schedule is so difficult that they might have to wait until after the Packers game on Nov. 16 where their schedule begins to lighten up.

Cardinals RB James Conner, who was carted off with his ankle immobilized, will need surgery to repair the injury he suffered, sources say.
Related players: Trey Benson, Emari Demercado, Zonovan Knight
Conner is still undergoing tests to determine the full extent of the damage. But, he is out indefinitely, the post went on to say. Benson will likely take over the lead back duties, and should get usage in both the running and passing game. If for some reason he's still on your waiver wire, he'll be a popular target this week. Benson had three catches but for just nine yards, however, he did end up with 10 carries for 42 yards on the ground. It's possible the team looks to bring in another back with Conner seemingly out a while.

Cardinals wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. led the Cardinals with 44 receiving yards on Sunday, but he also had a brutal drop when a pass that should have gone for a big gain inexplicably fell out of his hands. After the game he acknowledged that he’s not playing well enough.
“Everybody’s got a job to do and I’m not doing it at a high enough level at the moment,” Harrison said, via ArizonaSports.com. “I think I know what I’m capable of and to go out there and not play to nowhere near my abilities is frustrating. It hurts the team and I need to get better.”
Through three games this season, Harrison has 10 catches for 142 yards and a touchdown, the story said. The story added those numbers project to 57 catches for 805 yards and six touchdowns for a 17-game season. Those aren’t bad numbers, but they’re not the kinds of numbers the Cardinals were expecting when they chose Harrison with the fourth overall pick in the 2024 NFL draft, the story added. Fantasy owners likely agree. Harrison and QB Kyler Murray reportedly developed more chemistry in the offseason. Harrison's numbers could have been much better had he hauled in the ball he dropped when he was wide open.

Giants kicker Graham Gano suffered a pre-game groin injury and is now questionable to kick tonight against the Chiefs.
This is similar to last season when Gano suffered an injury during the opening kickoff against the Commanders. After punter Jamie Gillian missed an extra point, the Giants went for two after their next two touchdowns and failed to convert either. New York would lose 21-18 after Austin Seibert kicked seven field goals for Washington. It will be interesting to see how this affects the Giants’ plans tonight.
