Colts TE Andrew Ogletree suffered a torn ACL, per source.

Ogletree was having a nice camp before the injury but we still considered him fourth on the depth chart and more of a commodity in dynasty leagues. Alie-Cox should remain the top TE target and we rank him 23rd on our list, making him a low-end TE2 option.

George Pickens’ fellow wideout Diontae Johnson added his voice to those singing Pickens’ praises on Monday. Johnson called Pickens “a freak” who is getting better every day that he takes the field.

Pickens has generated a lot of buzz in his first months as an NFL player and it doesn’t show any sign of slowing down with the regular season drawing closer by the day, the story said. We rank Johnson 17th among our WRs but we give Pickens a slight edge over Claypool at this point.

After missing the preseason opener, Toney does not look to be on path for Week 2 due to a leg injury.

Toney played in only 10 games last season, dealing with issues pertaining to his hamstring, ankle, thumb, quad, oblique and shoulder. That was followed by an off-season filled with trade rumors and the selection of a similar type of receiver in the draft. It's difficult to buy in with all the negativity surrounding him.

Osborn's continual playmaking in Vikings training camp may see him earn an even bigger role ahead of the 2022 season.

With the names behind him on the depth chart, I don't think Osborn has anything to worry about as long as he keeps performing; the WR3 spot is all his. New head coach Kevin O'Connell is sure to increase the team's passing rates, and he had warming praise for the receiver here in camp, remarking, "He's been really, really good...There's no other way to describe it early on in camp." With TE Irv Smith still dealing with a thumb issue, Osborn could end up as a consistent third option for Kirk Cousins.

Michael Carter (RB) who was limited yesterday, looks like he’s a full participant today.

Hughes added in his tweet that from what he saw, Carter was doing everything on the field and didn't appear to be limited.

If you are gauging Mitch Trubisky’s camp so far based on the Seven Shots drill, then it’s not a pretty camp for the veteran free-agent signee. Trubisky converted 3 of 4 (it should have been 4 of 4) the first day the Steelers ran the popular drill but has struggled since. He came into Tuesday’s practice having missed on 12 consecutive reps in the drill.

Trubisky is getting all the first-team reps, the story said. He's been followed by Pickett and then Rudolph. But all that really means, according to the story, is Trubisky got two more reps than Pickett and three more than Rudolph. It's a situation to watch at this point, especially if things don't get better for Trubisky.

Robert Saleh said RB Michael Carter had a small ankle injury yesterday.

Carter isn't practicing Tuesday. However the tweet went on to quote Saleh, who said, "It was precautionary more than anything."

No surprise that K.J. Osborn locked into the No. 3 WR spot for Vikings.

Levitan said those who cover the team are expecting a bump in both pass rate and 3-WR sets with Kevin O'Connell in charge. So Osborn could end up having some fantasy value. However he'll have to battle target monsters Jefferson and Thielen, and perhaps also the return of Smith Jr. at tight end. The post also indicated Smith-Marsette is the WR4 right now.

Through two days of camp, Mitch Trubisky has taken all of his 32 snaps with the first team, Mason Rudolph has taken all 31 of his snaps with the second team, and rookie Kenny Pickett has taken all 28 of his snaps with the third team.

The quarterback battle has started off with a whimper as it pertains to first-round selection Pickett. The rookie was also running with the third team in Spring, so it would appear that Trubisky has hold of the starting job, at least this early in the process. Reporter Mark Kaboly would remark, "Trubisky and Rudolph weren't spectacular by any mean, but it has been quite obvious through two practices that they are far ahead of Pickett..."

Mitch Trubisky, to no surprise, gets the first snaps with the first-team offense. His first pass is a swing pass that is behind Najee Harris.

We reported Tuesday that, according to an Athletic article, odds favor the team turning things over to Pickett at some point this season. The Steelers haven't announced their plans for the QB position but Trubisky had been taking the first team reps in minicamps and OTAs.
