The Steelers will get more time to see what Pickett can do this season, but has already suffered two concussions this year, the other coming back in October. Pickett had been solid before his second concussion, and hasn't thrown and INT since Week 8 but only has two passing TDs over his last four, full games. He's also added a rushing TD in that span. At the very least, Pickett has turned into a game manager for the Steelers and fantasy owners.
PIT QB Kenny Pickett - Week 3 Fantasy Football Outlook
Week 3 at Las Vegas Raiders
Kenny Pickett hasn't looked good in the first two games. He is averaging 227 yards per game, but last week he only completed 50% of his passes. He also still has not thrown multiple touchdowns in a game during his short career.
Pickett could get healthy this week against the Raiders who are ranked 29th in aFPA to quarterbacks. He still will be without Diontae Johnson who was placed on IR and is out at least three more games.
Keep Pickett on the bench as he still only ranks as a QB2. The offense has sputtered the first two games and although some of that's on Pickett, the offensive line has struggled as well as the secondary receivers.
