Chiefs WR Rashee Rice expected to return to practice Wednesday

Bucs back at practice today — S Antoine Winfield is in a normal full-contact jersey, WR Emeka Egbuka is in non-contact. No Luke Goedeke.

Egbuka still needs concussion clearance before managers can count on him. If he misses another game, Godwin would remain Tampa Bay’s preferred WR start, while Tez Johnson and Hurst would have deeper-league FLEX appeal. Egbuka’s return would make those secondary receivers harder to trust and give Mayfield another established target.

Josh Downs has requested a trade, according to ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler. Shane Steichen separately said Jonathan Taylor has not requested a trade.

Hold Downs through the trade uncertainty. He remains a WR3/FLEX consideration while with Indianapolis, and a move could improve his outlook depending on his destination and role. If traded, Allen would become the preferred Colts WR start, with additional target opportunities available to Warren when healthy. Treadwell and Burks would become deeper-league considerations, but neither needs to be rushed into lineups before a deal happens.

Kansas City is signing Justin Tucker to its practice squad, according to Sam McDowell. Tucker has not appeared in an NFL game since the 2024 season.

Tucker’s signing does not make him Kansas City’s starting kicker. Butker remains on the active roster, but the addition creates competition after his early-season struggles. Managers carrying Butker can reasonably pivot to another streamer.
