Fantasy Impact:

Pittman mustered all of 6.7 fantasy points in Downs' Week 13 absence, so his re-joining the lineup certainly doesn't boost his fantasy stock. Consider him and Downs stay-away WR4s as Anthony Richardson's troubling completion rate makes the passing attack an aggressive fade.

Colts HC Shane Steichen ruled out WRs Josh Downs and Ashton Dulin for Sunday’s game vs. the Patriots.

Fantasy Impact:

This should raise the floor of every other receiving option, but that floor is admittedly still quite low. Bump Pittman up into WR3/4 territory.

The Colts lost wide receiver Josh Downs to a shoulder injury during Sunday’s loss to the Lions.

Fantasy Impact:

Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that Downs is considered week-to-week and that he will be a long shot to get cleared to play against New England so it looks like the Colts will be without him in Week 13, according to the post. As the story points out, Downs had three catches for 27 yards before leaving Sunday’s game. He has 53 catches for 594 yards and four touchdowns in 10 games this season.
