Bears RBs Khalil Herbert and Roschon Johnson are OUT Week 6

Free agent WR Zay Jones is signing with the Cardinals. Another veteran option for Arizona, as Jones — who also visited the Titans, Chiefs, and Cowboys — lands.

This is a nice, solid signing by the Cardinals, who are giving QB Kyler Murray a lot to work with in 2024. Jones missed a lot of time last year with multiple injuries but managed to hit eight or more targets in each of his final three games with the Jaguars. He makes for an interesting late-round dart throw this season.

Bears head coach Matt Eberflus officially named Caleb Williams today as Chicago’s starting QB.

No surprises here for the No. 1 overall pick. Williams enters a great situation with fellow rookie Rome Odunze and should be in consideration as a fringe QB1 in fantasy right off the bat.

"That's the plan, to have both those guys really compete through the offseason program, but more so in training camp, and we'll see how it plays out."

The Raiders are set for a QB battle in camp with Gardner Minshew and Aidan O'Connell.

O'Connell had a decent enough rookie season, but still only managed 6.5 yards per pass attempt. Minshew would likely offer more upside for the fantasy pieces in Las Vegas.
