Fantasy Impact:

This was the expectation all week that he would be back in the lineup against the Bills. This will be Ekeler’s first action since suffering the hamstring injury back in Week 4. Good timing as Karen Ballage is dealing ankle and calf injuries of his own. Ekeler had a good week of practice after the team designated him for return on Tuesday.

49ers looking for temporary football location after county order

The 49ers are temporarily unable to ply or practice at their home facilities due to a new order from Santa Clara County.

Fantasy Impact:

The county announced that no pro or college team can have games that include direct contact in the county for the next three weeks. The 49ers, of course, play in Santa Clara and this now affects their next two home games on December 7 against Buffalo and December 13 against Washington. They travel to the Rams this week, so they have some time, but not a lot to find a temporary location.

Broncos pull all three quarterbacks from practice Saturday

The Broncos pulled all three quarterbacks (Drew Lock, Brett Rypien and Blake Bortles) from practice Saturday and “sent home out of contact tracing concerns with Jeff Driskel”.

Fantasy Impact:

Klis says it is unclear if this is precautionary or what the status of the quarterbacks is for Sunday against the Saints. Driskel tested positive for COVID on Thursday. However, the other quarterbacks have all been testing negative and Klis notes there is hope all three (not counting Driskel) will be cleared for Sunday.
