Dolphins RB Raheem Mostert said he will play Sunday vs. the Patriots.

Just had a little ankle tweak that had him miss practice on Wednesday. He returned Thursday & Friday and is all good.

Titans ruled out QB Ryan Tannehill for Sunday’s game vs the Falcons. Will Levis and Malik Willis will replace him.

Getting a peak at Levis makes a ton of sense, as Malik Willis hasn't looked incredible when given the opportunity to run the offense. Neither option should be started this week, but with a good showing, Levis could be more on our radar if Tannehill misses extended time.

Dolphins WR Tyreek Hill, whose status is up in the air for Sunday, did not practice because of a hip injury. RB Raheem Mostert did not practice because of an ankle injury.

Miami's really getting ran through the wash on the injury report today. If Mostert is held out of Week 8 action, we can expect Ahmed and Wilson to split the backfield, with the latter more than likely being the majority receiving back. Wilson was eased into action in his first game off of IR, earning one target and four yards on seven routes. We should expect that to raise significantly if the Dolphins role into Sunday with only two active running backs.

The Titans are preparing QB Will Levis to start, as coach Mike Vrabel says both QBs are likely to play assuming Ryan Tannehill can't go.

Titans’ HC Mike Vrabel told reporters that he expects both QBs, Malik Willis and Will Levis, to play against the Falcons if Ryan Tannehill doesn’t.

For what it's worth, Tannehill is not practicing Tuesday due to an ankle injury. One can perhaps assume Levis has a chance to take on a bulk of the snaps with Willis coming in as a change of pace or even in the red zone, similar to a Taysom Hill-type role. But for now, the news leaves just about anything as a possibility. Outside of deeper leagues, superflex leagues and deep dynasty leagues, it's probably a situation to stay away from it at all possible, at least until we get a better idea of how the situation could play out.

Broncos TE Greg Dulcich (hamstring) was placed on injured reserve for the second time this season.

Dulcich, a popular sleeper pick at the position this season, missed the first four games of the season from his first stint on IR and then suffered another hamstring injury in Week 6 against the Chiefs. He will now miss another four games, which will mark (at least) 15 games missed in his first two seasons -- Dulcich missed seven games as a rookie with a hamstring injury. Adam Trautman is the main tight end now in Denver, but with the offense a mess, Trautman isn't close to being worth a start. The Broncos also signed WR Lil'Jordan Humphrey to the practice squad and immediately elevated him for Sunday's game against the Packers.

The Dolphins activated RB Jeff Wilson Jr. off injured reserve.

Wilson had been on injured reserve since the start of the season due to the rib and finger injuries he suffered during training camp. Wilson helps add a piece in the backfield while the Dolphins are without speedy rookie De'Von Achane. Mostert is a top-10 option this week but Wilson will work his way into the backfield mix and is an interesting flex option in a week with six teams on a bye.

Unlike last year when Titans QB Ryan Tannehill suffered a similar ankle injury, I’m told Tannehill will NOT require surgery this time around. He’s currently in a cast diagnosed with a high ankle sprain, and there’s no definitive timeline for recovery… but “overall good news.”

With no timeline mentioned, it's a bit hard to imagine Tannehill plays in Week 7. It's assumed Willis would get the start over Levis, but that's something to monitor over the next couple of days. The Titans have a bye in Week 8, so the hope is maybe Tannehill is able to return for Week 9.

Tannehill's injury to his ankle in Week 15 ended his season. The Titans have a bye in Week 7 and they’ll make a decision on his availability after the bye, the post went on to say. The post added there is no word yet on if it’ll be Willis or Levis if Tannehill can't go.

The sky is the limit for Mostert in almost in week that he's out there in this Dolphins offense and this week is somehow even more solidified. Ahmed is in consideration as an RB3 for very desperate managers.
