Vikings are holding a walk-thru today. Didn't see RB Alexander Mattison during the portion open to reporters. Kevin O'Connell didn't rule out Mattison for Sunday's game but spoke more strongly today than he did Monday about the likelihood of Ty Chandler being their primary RB.

A follow-up quote was even more promising for Ty Chandler to continue getting a big load if Mattison misses;

"We're kind of building with the mindset that Ty is going to be a guy we're trying to get the ball to a lot, both in the run and the pass, and if we have Alex that's going to be a huge bonus for the depth and making sure we have our full group available."

Chandler should be an RB1 if he gets anything approaching the 26 (!!) opportunities he earned in Week 15.

Per Ian Rapoport of NFL Media, Will Levis is believed to have suffered a sprained ankle. He’s set to have an MRI on Monday.

If Levis is unavailable, the Titans still have Tannehill and Willis on their 53-man roster at quarterback, the story said. As the story also pointed out, Tennessee has been eliminated from postseason contention, but the team would surely like to continue Levis’ development for the rest of the year. Tennessee will host the Seahawks next Sunday afternoon, a potential good matchup for the passing game.

Titans rookie quarterback Will Levis thinks he avoided serious injury after being awkwardly dragged to the turf during Tennessee's 19-16 overtime loss against the Houston Texans on Sunday.

''It could've been a lot worse,'' Levis said. ''It was definitely scarier in the moment than it was, but we will see what the trainers say. But feel all right.''

As the story said, the key will be how Levis feels Monday when all the adrenaline wears off, especially with the Titans eliminated from playoff contention for a second straight season. Levis was knocked from the game on Houston's seventh and final sack with 1:49 left in overtime.

Broncos ruled out LB Nik Bonitto (knee) and TE Greg Dulcich (hamstring) for Saturday night's game vs. the Lions.

Dulcich was likely off fantasy radars for this week, but it would have been nice to see him suit up for consideration as the fantasy playoffs continue. No Broncos TEs need to be started this week.

Vikings RB Alexander Mattison (ankle) was briefly on the practice field today during the portion open to reporters, but it did not appear he was participating. Also did not see RT Brian O'Neill (ankle). Not looking good for either of them to play Saturday on a short week.

We should expect Ty Chandler to get a majority of the work here in Nick Mullens first start if Mattison ends up missing Saturday's game. That would make him an RB2 option for Week 15.

Dolphins HC Mike McDaniel called the availability of Xavien Howard and De’Von Achane “unknowns” as the team is holding walkthroughs today instead of a full practice.

It's going to be very difficult to trust Achane in Week 15, even if we end up seeing him at practice by the end of the week. Arguably the most explosive running back in the league right now, the rookie left Week 14's matchup early (toe) after missing a big chunk of the year with a knee injury. Mostert is also on the injury report at the moment, but it doesn't seem he's in danger of missing this game.

Alexander Mattison was on his way to his best game of the season (10 carries, 66 yards), but an ankle injury ended his day midway through the third quarter.

The story said there were no immediate updates on his status other than he had a "sprained ankle." Minnesota plays on Saturday in Week 15 so the timing is certainly not great here. If Mattison can't go, Chandler would likely see a bulk of the work and could be a decent play in a pinch.

De'Von Achane will play Sunday, McDaniel said. Coach doesn't know on Rob Hunt but optimistic.

This puts a cap on how much we can trust Mostert is a locked-in RB1, but both backs can —and have— gotten there while sharing the field. However, this does impact Jeff Wilson heavily, who should now be left on fantasy benches.

Tyreek Hill and Raheem Mostert returned to Dolphins practice today but Jevon Holland and Kendall Lamm remain sidelined.

It's possible that Achane returns this week as well, but that doesn't mean we should fade Mostert. That tandem has proven on more than one occasion that they can both be plugged into lineups and still offer individual upside.

Minnesota will keep using Ty Chandler in an enhanced role.

Fowler's post went on to say the Vikings are high on Chandler's upside and explosion, once he gets pass protection down. Mattison will continue to start for Vikings, however. Last week Mattison had 18 carries for 81 yards and one reception while Chandler had 10 carries for 73 yards and four catches for 37 yards. Owners of both should probably expect a similar split against the Bears on MNF.
