Rams officially designated RB Kyren Williams to return to practice today and he is expected to play Sunday vs. Arizona.

If Williams is active he should immediately return to taking over this backfield, as it has turned into a liability since his departure.

The Rams announced on Tuesday that they have waived Henderson off of their roster.

Henderson was signed to the active roster early this month and he ran 46 times for 112 yards and two touchdowns in four appearances. He also caught 10 passes for 103 yards. But Williams is expected to be back for Week 12 and it looks like the Rams will go with Freeman as the RB2, at least until Rivers comes off the IR.

Ravens tight end Mark Andrews is undergoing surgery on his high-ankle sprain today, Mike Garafolo of NFL Media reports.

Andrews likely is out for the year, Garafolo added, with an outside chance of returning if Baltimore makes a deep playoff run. As we reported Monday, Coach John Harbaugh kept the door open for that possibility when he said “it wasn’t as bad as initially feared” immediately after the game after the MRI delivered “some optimism.” It looks like Andrews can be dropped in redraft leagues.

Sean McVay said the Rams will get RB Kyren Williams back against the Cardinals.

Williams has been on IR with an ankle injury, but because of the bye it's been five weeks since he was hurt. Williams should be ready to go in a good matchup in Week 12. With Rivers still on IR, the backup duties will go to either Henderson or Freeman or a combination of both. It may not be fair to expect a huge workload from Williams his first week back in the fold, but he should at least have higher-end RB2 value vs. the Cardinals.

The Ravens aren’t closing the door on the possibility of tight end Mark Andrews returning to the lineup this season.

Andrews suffered a cracked fibula along with damage to ankle ligaments.

“Nothing’s completely definitive yet,” Harbaugh said. “My understanding is, in talking with our trainer and the doctors, it wasn’t as bad as initially feared after the game. . . . It’s a little cleaner than they thought based on the MRI. He’s gonna be involved with Dr. Anderson down there in Carolina next few days. We’ll know more There might be an outside chance he could get back at some point in time. We’ll just have to see how that goes and I don’t want to say that’s definitive by any stretch, but there is some optimism.” The story went on to

The story went on to say Andrews is still out indefinitely and it wasn't specific about when a possible return could be. At this point, it's hard to believe Andrews would make it back for the current fantasy season, but it seems possible if the Ravens make a long playoff run, Andrews could join them at some point. Just in case, owners may not want to completely cut ties with Andrews just yet, and if you can stash him on an IR spot, that may be the best move. Those without IR spots may want to still hold him and feel out any more news. At this point of the fantasy season, roster spots are valuable, however.

Keenan Allen (shoulder) is back at practice today.

Allen had a huge fantasy performance in Week 10, going 11-175-2 on 13 targets but was having shoulder issues after the game. He looks like he will be a full-go for Week 11 and is a must-start against the Packers on Sunday.

[Keaton Mitchell will] be more involved this week, according to HC John Harbaugh.

Wacker said Harbaugh was asked about Mitchell only getting 4 snaps and 1 touch in the second half. Harbaugh said, “Looking back on it would we have wanted him out there more? Yea.” The post said Harbaugh added the reason why he didn't get more work had to do with being a young guy and the team still working him in. Mitchell again showed big-play ability in Week 10. He had three carries for 34 yards and a touchdown and his only reception of the game went for 32 yards. Mitchell, on three carries, out-rushed Edwards and Hill combined as they only collected 31 yards on 13 carries. Mitchell will remain a risky play outside of deeper leagues until we see him get more work on a regular basis. But if he's still on your wire, now is the time to grab him because that day could be coming soon.

Ravens are listing RB Keaton Mitchell as questionable for Sunday’s game vs. the Browns due to his hamstring injury.

Well, Keaton SZN was certainly short-lived. Hamstring issues are no good for anyone, least of all 5'8", 190-pound speed backs. Mitchell busted long runs of 40 and 60 yards in Week 9, so we will all hope that he makes a speedy recovery, if not this week.
