On Teddy Bridgewater post-exam today: Vikings will activate him this week or next week. They expect him to play this year. Amazing recovery.

This updates a story we had earlier today. This is a little more definitive in terms of the team activating him and expecting him to play this season. The Vikes will have three weeks after he practices to make a decision, which Week 10 after the Week 9 bye seems to add up right now. Like the previous story said, no one will have an idea how Bridgewater will respond to a hit until a game situation, but it's looking like the Vikes are thinking he's going to play at some point this year.

Fantasy Impact:

Tight end Trey McBride and rookie WR Marvin Harrison Jr. are likely to absorb most of the Cardinals' target share, but if Wilson is playing over Jones, there still might be enough left to make him fantasy relevant. He is currently ranked as the WR60 on 4for4.

Malachi Corley still has a “long way to go” with his route running, Robert Saleh said. The next two weeks will be good for him because he’ll see extra reps with Xavier Gipson hurt (leg injury).

Fantasy Impact:

Extra reps are certainly not a bad sign, but it's still up in the air how much fantasy usage the rookie will have in 2024. If Gipson were to miss extended time —with Mike Williams' availability still up in the air— Corley could scoot up fantasy rankings a little bit.
