Eagles place Dameon Pierce on IR, promote Jaydon Blue

Oct 29, 2026

Philadelphia placed Dameon Pierce on injured reserve Wednesday and signed Jaydon Blue to the active roster. Saquon Barkley, meanwhile, was estimated as a non-participant with hamstring and back injuries.

Fantasy Impact:

Blue is worth a speculative waiver claim with Philadelphia running short on healthy backs. If Barkley misses Sunday night, Blue could enter the FLEX conversation, although Elijah Mitchell could also factor in if elevated from the practice squad. Neither has a confirmed lead role. Barkley managers should secure an alternative who plays earlier Sunday; waiting until the night game could leave some deeply unpleasant options.

Ladd McConkey practices fully; Tre' Harris returns in limited capacity

Eric Smith

Chargers WR Ladd McConkey was a full participant Wednesday while recovering from a concussion. Tre' Harris returned to practice on a limited basis with a hamstring injury.

Fantasy Impact:

McConkey would return to the WR3/FLEX conversation if cleared, while Harris is a deeper-league stash until his availability and workload become clearer. If McConkey misses another game, Quentin Johnston would have more FLEX appeal. Getting both receivers back would improve Justin Herbert’s SuperFlex outlook, though Harris’ first practice back is no guarantee of a full Sunday workload.

Jeremiyah Love returns to limited practice; Tyler Allgeier sits

Cardinals

Cardinals RB Jeremiyah Love practiced on a limited basis Wednesday with an ankle injury after missing the past two games. Tyler Allgeier did not practice because of a toe injury.

Related Players: Zonovan Knight, Evan Hull, Jacoby Brissett, Trey McBride

Fantasy Impact:

Love’s return could turn Arizona’s backfield back into a committee, making Zonovan Knight and Allgeier difficult to trust without more clarity. Love would have RB2 upside if cleared for a substantial workload. If both Love and Allgeier miss Sunday, Knight would become a much stronger RB2 option and an immediate waiver priority.

Lamar Jackson practices fully ahead of Week 8

Ravens

Lamar Jackson was a full participant Wednesday as he works back from an ankle injury. Jackson practiced on a limited basis throughout last week before missing his third consecutive game.

Fantasy Impact:

Jackson is trending toward returning and belongs back in QB1 lineups if cleared for his usual workload. His return would strengthen Zay Flowers’ WR1 outlook and improve the touchdown opportunities for Mark Andrews and Baltimore’s secondary receivers. Lane and Bateman would remain deeper-league plays, but catching passes from Jackson makes their upside considerably more appealing.
