All signs point towards Joe Flacco starting at quarterback, which can't necessarily be taken as a positive for Cooper. Flacco consistently fed his running backs while keeping the ball around the line of scrimmage in his five game with the Jets last season. Cooper shouldn't be considered more than a WR3.

Cooper is still a game time decision, but was in pain this morning. If Cooper can't go, Moore and Peoples-Jones would likely suck up a bunch of the targets from the WR spot. The rookie Tillman could also get more involved, as could TE Njoku.

Browns WR Amari Cooper is questionable for Monday night against the Steelers with a groin injury.

Cooper aggravated his injury during Saturday’s practice . Head coach Kevin Stefanski said “We’ll see how he does over the next 48 hours.” Monitor this situation closely. This certainly has a degree of difficulty with the Browns playing on Monday. If you can get Elijah Moore, he would certainly be a nice backup option. Otherwise, you could play it safe and get someone who is healthy into your WR or Flex spots Sunday and avoid the hassle altogether. This is certainly an interesting situation.

It looked like Cooper was hitting his stride with the Cleveland offense before Deshaun Watson came in and cratered the passing game in Week 13. If Cooper is out in Week 14, Watson will be working on getting his rhythm back with Donovan Peoples-Jones, Mike Woods, and David Bell as his receiving trio.

The suspension also includes a $5 million donation to charity. DeShaun Watson is scheduled to return to action in Week 13 against the Houston Texans.

Watson remains borderline-undraftable in all but the deepest redraft leagues, and the entire skill position group should receive a downgrade with Jacoby Brissett in as quarterback. It's very possible that the team leans more run-heavy, which would benefit Nick Chubb, but if the offense as a whole is less efficient, that would presumably level out over the course of three-quarters of the season.

Browns WR Amari Cooper (ankle) returned to practice today and is participating in individual drills now.

Cooper suffered the injury on Monday but all reports indicated he would be fine, and so it's great news he's at least back for the individual work.
