Late Round Wide Receiver Targets in FFPC

Landing breakout wide receivers in the back half of drafts can help elevate a team dramatically. Last year, I recommended Courtland Sutton as a great late-round target after pick 100. He was going as the WR47 and finished as the WR15 overall. Not to pat myself on the back too much (I am), but the analysis came to fruition:
"Courtland Sutton might be the most boring value of the entire draft. With Jerry Jeudy shipped out to Cleveland. Sutton is the clear top wideout in Sean Payton’s offense. Rookie Troy Franklin and second-year wideout Marvin Mims are both buried on the depth chart right now, leaving his primary target competition as Tim Patrick and Josh Reynolds. Sutton ran a route on 19-of-20 dropbacks in their last preseason game with the starters and looks like the top wideout.
Bo Nix has looked the part in preseason, but that isn’t baked into Sutton’s cost at all. Sutton is priced as if Nix will be a bottom-tier quarterback this season. If Nix can play anything like he has in the preseason, Sutton has a legitimate chance to be a low-end WR2/high-end WR3 in fantasy football this season despite being picked at WR47 and outside the top 100 overall."
This year, there are three more wideouts i'm eying as potentially massive values.

Keenan Allen
FFPC ADP: 152
Has anyone told Keenan Allen he is 33? Even on an anemic Bears offense last season, he still produced 70 recs, 744 yards, and 7 TDs over 15 games in Chicago. Now, he’s back with the Chargers
Aside from him, Ladd McConkey is the only other proven target earner in that passing game. The rest of the room? Either rookies or unproven vets. Quentin Johnston hasn’t developed, and players like Tre’ Harris and KeAndre Lambert-Smith are long shots. Keenan might be walking into a near 20% target share in Week 1 on a good offense with strong QB play. Also, with McConkey drawing plenty of attention, Keenan should be able to put together some solid performances.
Cedric Tillman
FFPC ADP: 168
Tillman has already flashed the kind of upside we crave. From Weeks 7–12 in 2024, he ranked as the WR12 in fantasy points per game, logging a 19.7% target share and averaging over 66 yards per game. Joe Flacco is also officially starting the season, which means we could see some massive games from Tillman early.
He’s a big-bodied threat with legit speed and contested-catch chops, ready to carve out usage — especially in a Browns offense where targets are up for grabs behind Amari Cooper. Early camp buzz confirms he’s getting plenty of first-read looks. With an ADP around 168, Tillman is a steal who could easily lead the team in fantasy points.
Tory Horton
FFPC ADP: 214
Here’s your late-round lottery ticket — and preseason usage says it all. Horton has already earned the starting role over Marquez Valdes-Scantling. MVS hasn’t caught a single pass in preseason, while Horton has been running ahead of him on the depth chart.
Horton’s turning heads with route precision, contested catches, and consistency in camp. And with DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett gone, there’s a clear path to snaps opposite Cooper Kupp and Jaxon Smith-Njigba. I also don't think Cooper Kupp has very much left in the tank after the Rams basically dumped him, and he has been struggling with injuries the last few years. Given his playing time and boom potential as an outside wideout, Horton is a fun late-round flier.
