Fantasy Impact:

Shepard and Toney continue to miss games and no timetable is set for either to return.

Browns QB Baker Mayfield underwent successful surgery on his torn labrum and will be out 4-6 months.

Fantasy Impact:

That timeline lines up with training camps starting, which could/could not be an issue for Mayfield if he takes the full expected amount of time to recover. Case Keenum should be kept as the Browns' backup QB.

Packers WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling (back) did not practice Wednesday, while RB Aaron Jones (knee) was a full participant.

Fantasy Impact:

Valdes-Scantling has been in-and-out of the lineup and the extra time has not helped his back issues. His health is important because it is unlikely that Randall Cobb plays a large chunk of this weekend's divisional game after having core muscle surgery.
