Browns unofficial depth chart. Quinshon Judkins now listed as starting RB.
Related players: Jerome Ford, Dylan Sampson
The Browns pretty much used a three-headed monster at RB in Week 2. Judkins had 10 carries for 61 yards and added three catches for 10. Ford had six carries and five catches while Sampson had four rushes and three catches, one of which was a touchdown. Judkins should be the safest play of the three heading into Week 3, which is a tough matchup against the Packers. However, it looks like Ford and Sampson could still be involved, but also look like much riskier fantasy plays.

Reed broke his clavicle in Week 2's game and underwent successful surgery. Reed was also dealing with a Jones fracture in his foot, and also had surgery for that. On the lighter side of Reed's injuries, after the surgery he posted that the Packers would win the Super Bowl while high on anesthesia. Reed will be placed on IR and the timetable so far is to be back in November.

The Vikings are making a move to fortify the quarterback position while J.J. McCarthy recovers from his ankle injury.
Per NFL Media, Minnesota is signing quarterback Desmond Ridder to their 53-man roster.
Related players: Carson Wentz, Max Brosmer
Ridder, 26, spent the preseason with the Bengals but had not found a team since he was let go at the end of August. The story goes on to say by signing Ridder to the 53-man roster, the Vikings will be able to have him suit up as the emergency third QB. We reported yesterday the team loves Brosmer, but the bigger question was could he be ready if Wentz under performs early on. The Ridder signing could mean he will eventually slide up and become the QB2.
