Colts GM Chris Ballard told reporters Wednesday that WR T.Y. Hilton will go on Injured Reserve but will be designated to return if healthy.

The Indianapolis Colts continue to be hit hard by COVID-19 issues.

The team announced Monday it has placed quarterback Carson Wentz, center Ryan Kelly and wide receiver Zach Pascal on the COVID-19 list. They will miss an undetermined amount of time depending on the reason they were placed on the list.

Wentz is in a race to get ready for the season opener on Sept. 12. We just head a beat writer report Monday it looked like Wentz should be ready to go for Week 1. But there was no word how being placed on the list could hinder Wentz's progress as he tries to recover from a foot injury.

Colts WR Zach Pascal is questionable to play Sunday against the Tennessee Titans, according to the team's official injury report.

Pascal got in one limited practice this week, making him a game-time decision.

Colts head coach Frank Reich told reporters that no decision has been made about activating WR Michael Pittman from IR. Reich will watch Friday's practice tape and have meetings before making a decision, according to George Bremer of The Herald Bulletin.

Pittman suffered a scary leg injury and has recovered to the point where he could command snaps during his breakout earlier in the season. Pittman's return would cap Marcus Johnson's snap total the most, but he would take work from each receiver.

The Indianapolis Colts may have suffered another serious injury on offense, as wide receiver Parris Campbell was carted off the field in the first quarter during the Colts' Week 2 matchup against the Minnesota Vikings.

Campbell took a handoff from Philip Rivers, and was met by Vikings safety Harrison Smith, who hit him hard low around his left knee. Campbell immediately grabbed at his knee and remained on the ground. He had to be carted off the field. The Colts ruled him questionable to return. Campbell was likely a popular pickup in your league this week, now leaving owners scrambling once again. Pittman could see an uptick in snaps if Campbell does miss time.

Zach Pascal did not practice Friday due to a hamstring injury, according to George Bremer of The Herald Bulletin. Pascal should "be back soon" according to his sources.

Pascal is fighting to get meaningful snaps in the new-look Colts offense. Soft tissues injuries are tough to put a time frame on, so watch his practice status. Coming back too early could mean bad things for his status in the offense and for fantasy.
