Cardinals RB Bam Knight, who was carted off Sunday with an ankle injury, suffered what is being described as “a bad sprain.”
Related players: Emari Demercado, Michael Carter, Corey Kiner
Schefter went on to say that nothing is broken, which is good news, but Knight is unlikely to play in Week 16. Knight will undergo an MRI today. With Knight out, it was Carter who got 14 carries and also added four catches for 38 yards in passing game. Demercado could factor in with Knight out, too, but he only had three touches this past week. Kiner had two rushes for 11 yards. The Cards have a home game against the Falcons in the later window on Sunday.

The Steelers have added RB Jaylen Warren to the injury report as questionable (illness) for tonight’s game with Miami.
Related players: Kenneth Gainwell
The Steelers are optimistic Warren will be able to play through the illness tonight against the Dolphins, but this is pretty late in the game to get added to the report, so there must be at least some concern on the side of the Steelers. Owners will want to track this right up to gametime if they are counting on Warren this week. Should Warren be out, Gainwell likely gets a bulk of the workload, and may get an uptick even if Warren is active tonight.

49ers receiver Ricky Pearsall dealt with a couple of injuries during Sunday’s victory over the Titans, but it sounds like he should be OK moving forward.
Pearsall suffered an ankle injury during San Francisco’s first offensive possession and was able to return. He then aggravated a PCL injury later in the contest that sidelined him for the rest of the matchup, the story said. HC Kyle Shanahan was quoted in the story saying we'll know more as the week goes on, but thinks he'll also be OK from the irritated PCL injury from the past. Again, it will be worth monitoring this week to see what Pearsall's practice status will be.
