Fantasy Impact:

Lattimore suffered a nasty knee injury late last season, so it may take a while before he'll return to full speed.

The injury happened midway through the fourth quarter as Williams ran to the left and went down after getting tripped up. He was carted from the medical tent to the locker room. Tyson Bagent has replaced Williams. We’ll have more details as they become available.
