Flournoy has quietly established himself as a legitimate WR3 in Dallas's offense—82nd-percentile route grade, 88th-percentile ESPN YAC, four touchdowns in 15 games behind two of the best receivers in football. He won't be a fantasy starter unless one of Lamb or Pickens misses time, but in an offense this pass-heavy with Dak Prescott at quarterback, he's a solid late round attrition pick.
