Jets RB Breece Hall returns to limited practice Thursday

Oct 22, 2026

Breece Hall was a limited participant Thursday, his first practice since suffering a quad injury in Week 3.

Related Players: Braelon Allen, Isaiah Davis, Geno Smith

Fantasy Impact:

Hall would return to RB2 consideration if cleared for a substantial workload, but managers should wait for Friday’s report and any guidance on his role. Allen remains worth holding and would retain RB2 appeal if Hall misses again.

Adam Schefter

Source: Seahawks TE Elijah Arroyo is undergoing shoulder surgery today and will miss the rest of the season.

Fantasy Impact:

Not the greatest two-season start to a career. He can be dropped in any-sized redraft leagues and is in danger of being let go of IR slots in Dynasty formats if the space is needed.

Jeremiyah Love expected to miss Week 7 with ankle injury

Matt Zenitz

The current expectation is that the Cardinals will be without standout rookie running back Jeremiyah Love this week against the Broncos, sources tell @CBSSports.

Love (ankle) missed last week’s game vs. the Rams. Now expected to be out this week too.

Related Players: Tyler Allgeier, Zonovan Knight, Jacoby Brissett

Fantasy Impact:

Love managers should prepare a replacement. If he sits, Allgeier would remain a volume-based RB2 option, while Knight would be a viable FLEX and waiver addition. Knight outproduced Allgeier last week despite receiving fewer carries, giving him a chance to earn a larger share.

Saquon Barkley expected to resume practice, on track for Monday night

Mike Garafolo

today · 10:30 AM EDT

Eagles RB Saquon Barkley is expected to return to practice today and is in line to play Monday against the Cowboys, sources say. A lift for the team’s offense with a banged-up backfield and Jalen Hurts on the mend.

Related Players: Dameon Pierce, Tanner McKee, DeVonta Smith, Dallas Goedert

Fantasy Impact:

Barkley would return to RB2 consideration with RB1 upside if cleared for his normal workload. His return would push Pierce out of starting consideration in most leagues, though Pierce remains worth holding until Barkley’s availability is confirmed. If Barkley misses again, Pierce would remain a volume-based RB2 option.
