Bears wide receiver D.J. Moore was hospitalized after Monday night’s game in Washington for what the team termed “precautionary medical attention,” but the news is good today.
Bears head coach Ben Johnson said today on ESPN 1000 that Moore is doing well.
“It was precautionary. I think we got some good news on that. He should be coming back today, here, and I think he’ll be day-to-day going forward. It was a groin deal that he was dealing with and I think we’re going to be OK,” Johnson said.
Moore's status will be up in the air for Week 8 until we get more information from the practice report. The Bears host the Saints in Week 7.

Bills HC Sean McDermott said DT DaQuan Jones is "week-to-week" with a calf injury. WR Joshua Palmer is also "week-to-week" with an ankle injury. LB Matt Milano, WR Curtis Samuel and TE Dalton Kincaid is "day-to-day."

Kinkaid was a game-time call before being ruled out for Monday Night Football. One can assume Kincaid was close to going this past week, but with the team on a bye in Week 7 it likely played a factor in him sitting out. Week 8 looks looks like a solid bet for his return.

Kimani Vidal’s performance Sunday could change how the Chargers approach the running back market ahead of November’s trade deadline. Omarion Hampton must miss at least three more games. When Hampton does return, the Chargers will need a second back to pair with him.
The story said the Chargers were going to be in the market for a running back with Najee Harris out for the season. But the author went on to say Vidal's performance may change the team's approach. The story added Vidal will likely need to string together more performances like last week. Looking like the odd man out to start the year, Vidal was convinced to sign with the practice squad. The story added Vidal's also improved in pass protection, making him a possible option for passing situations and third down snaps, even when Hampton returns.
