Chargers HC Jim Harbaugh announces IR return windows have opened for LB Denzel Perryman and TE David Njoku.
Related Players: Oronde Gadsden, Charlie Kolar, Ladd McConkey, Tre' Harris, Quentin Johnston, KeAndre Lambert-Smith, Justin Herbert
Njoku is a reasonable stash in deeper leagues and for managers piecing together tight end production. He needs activation and evidence of a useful receiving role before becoming a trustworthy streamer. His return would add competition for Gadsden and Kolar, making both harder to trust if the Chargers divide tight end routes. McConkey remains the preferred fantasy receiver in this passing game.

Rams will open window to return for TE Terrance Ferguson, who will practice today, McVay said.
Related Players: Tyler Higbee, Davis Allen, Max Klare, Puka Nacua, Konata Mumpfield, Tutu Atwell, Jordan Whittington, Matthew Stafford
Ferguson is worth stashing for managers searching for help at tight end, particularly in deeper leagues and formats that reward the position. A meaningful receiving role could eventually push him into the TE1 streaming conversation, but opening his window does not establish his Week 9 availability or workload. Keep another starter available.

Kyle Shanahan said he would be surprised if Deebo Samuel (hamstring) plays this week. Mike Evans (Achilles) also remained out of practice Wednesday, while the 49ers opened Demarcus Robinson’s return window from injured reserve. Robinson has been sidelined since Week 2.
Related Players: Jordan Watkins, Christian Kirk, Brandin Cooks, Jacob Cowing, George Kittle, Brock Purdy
Samuel managers should plan to use another receiver, while Evans still needs practice progress before entering lineup consideration. If both remain out, Kittle should continue commanding a prominent receiving role and remains a high-end TE1. Watkins would have a deeper-league FLEX case, with Kirk, Cooks and Cowing carrying less dependable workloads. Robinson is a reasonable deep-league stash, but he needs activation and a clearer role before becoming a starting option.
