CeeDee Lamb (shoulder) has no doubts he will play Monday. "It comes with the territory man. It’s about being a baller and it’s about going out there and sacrificing, putting yourself out there for your guys. And that’s what I'm doing. As far as Monday goes, I’ll be fine by then."

Fantasy Impact:

The Cowboys have a great MNF matchup against a Bengals defense ranking 30th in WR aFPA, so this is great news for Lamb managers. Consider him a volume-based WR1 for Week 14.

DE Micah Parsons (ankle) and CB Trevon Diggs (calf/illness) are questionable.

With the massive quarterback downgrade, Lamb should be considered a fringe WR1/2, while Tolbert is the only other feasible option, as a top-50 WR in Week 10.

Cowboys WR CeeDee Lamb not expected to report to training camp

Calvin Watkins of the Dallas Morning News reports that Lamb is not expected to report to training camp in Oxnard, California if he has not come to an agreement with the team on a new pact. The Cowboys hold their first training camp practice on July 25.

Fantasy Impact:

A little extra work for third-year Jalen Tolbert would be promising after he finished his first two seasons with a combined 24 receptions. While we don't expect Lamb to miss any regular season time, we'll keep an eye on the situation.

CeeDee Lamb's absence has opened up opportunities for the Cowboys' young wide receivers, such as Jalen Tolbert, their third-round pick in 2022. After releasing Michael Gallup earlier in the offseason and not addressing the position yet with a known commodity in free agency or early in the draft, Tolbert has the chance to take the No. 3 role behind Lamb and Brandin Cooks.
